Very surprised to find this product of such low quality. At almost $70, I honestly believed it would be solid. The product came with various nicks and gouges; the cam screws were difficult to align; and I suspect this hamper will not last very long. A purchased hamper for similar price purchased 10 years ago only now just fell apart.

This hamper is very well made and I was impressed by how it was perfectly packaged. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and every piece was nicely labeled -- they even included a screwdriver tool so you don't need to get your toolbox out. In the process of assembling the hamper, I discovered that one of the side panels had not had its pre-drilled holes done correctly making it impossible to complete putting it together....however, I quickly reached out to Oceanstar's customer support email and explained the issue (and sent them some pics) and within a couple of days they had FedExed me a brand new side panel so I could complete assembling the hamper. Kudos to Oceanstar and their customer support system!!!

This was super cute. We had a very small issue putting it together. One of the metal brackets broke. We used screws in its place to make it more sturdy. It worked. They should include extra hardware. Just in case. For the price point it’s a little too wobbly and fabricated. But it’s very cute. Was easy to assemble. Works great! I love the color. More of a country green blue. I bought this one because it was cheaper than the other colors by almost half. I really like it though. Especially since my husband made it more sturdy.

So we purchased a couple of these to have folks do some sorting as clothes needed washed, not have to pull everything out of one hamper at wash time and sort. This is both stylish and durable. It looks much nicer in the bathroom than other canvas and plastic options. I added some vinyl decal wording to making it a little more in line with my style.
We were missing assembly pieces to one of them. I am still managing time management and haven’t dealt with customer service to get the pieces to assemble the second one, but I’m anxious.
