This was a great story and is very well written. The chemistry between Rafael and McKenna is off the charts hot. This is a very entertaining story and will keep you turning the pages until you find yourself at the end and wanting more. This is a must read in my opinion and I would recommend this to any of my book friends.
I voluntarily read and reviewed this book. I enjoyed it so much I bought my own copy.
The premise of the book was good and the first 30% reeled you in. However, the book began to feel rushed and had lots of grammatical errors that became increasingly difficult to overlook. I finished the book and there was an HEA.
After the first book, a nympho of a woman gets shared around by a teacher and his two friends. Those are three parts. And all crap because apparently none of them. Absolutely none use condoms. They're smart, rich people. None of the men used a single condom. Not only with Jude. But with the women they slept with prior to meeting her. They're supposed to be smart! And supposedly written in length novels about sex. They're all idiots!
The next three part book were about three guys who owned a high class brothel. All three of them are terrible. The last female lead was actually a bit of a unique character in terms of her size. Tall athletic woman don't often get a spot in these types of stories but she was kinda cool. Love a woman that could throw down with the best of them.
Next was a "knocked up by my brothers best friend" book and jfc Jonah (the brother) was actually a whole a$$hole that I couldn't get into his book because of that.
Last book I didn't even read the whole thing. I made it up to the part where Jessica was studying in the lounge area. I even skipped pages to get there. Ben just doesn't respect women at all. He's a colossal a$$hole. Women come in two flavors for him; ones he has sex with and the others he's forced to care about as a person. And I feel damn sorry for the women he sleeps with. He finds out his father dies while he's having sex and basically takes it out on her, basically calling her a wh0re. Like he didn't just have his whole raw d!ck inside her 2 minutes ago. Another time he's getting a blow job (from an intern at his work) while waiting if a friend will agree to marry him for money and is surprised when the girl giving him head stops. Then proceeds to be an a$$hole to her and she just goes back to sucking. WHAT?? And all these scenes do, atleast to me, is show the reader that Ben's an a$$hole. That's it. The things you find out while he's having sex with them, could have been done while he's at the gym. Or getting coffee from starbucks. Or preparing for a meeting. Or finishing a meeting and winding down after a long day with a whisky. He could be tying his shoe and he could have gotten both calls!!
And I'm supposed to be fine with him being with the daughter of his friend/wife? Who's also a virgin?
Yeah, no. Just a big ol nope. Jessica deserves far better than him.
Be prepared to absolutely lose yourself in the pages
of this one because you will not be able to put it down.
So go a grab your favourite drink and enjoy a few hours
