Since I am new to the air fryer move, I really need detailed instructions. Seems the very recipe I chose (I tried several) lacked, a. which pan, screen, or rack to use, b. which setting to use. I can understand the need to publish first, but accuracy would go a long way for the beginner.

It's been a bit hard to convert or adapt other air-fryer recipes from drum shaped fryers to this toaster-oven shaped fryer. This book does the trick, we've tried over a dozen meals so far and each one came out perfectly and very tasty. Now I'd like to find one that takes the frozen food aisle and lets me easily adapt those meals to my foodi.

As the saying goes, “We eat with our eyes”. A picture of each recipe would have been helpful. Although there are a few nice pictures.

I purchased the Kindle version. I was able to cut and paste the recipes into my Recipe Keeper Management App. Which by the way, is available at the Apple Store. It holds all my recipes. It’s free. I highly recommend it for all your meal planning. You are able to download most all recipes from the Internet. If you have some free time, give it a try. You will NOT be disappointed.

Back to the Cookbook. It is worth the money. It will give you so many ideas of many recipes and how to use the Oven. It is very well documented and does lead you through all the necessary steps needed to successfully achieve success. You will be amazed at how much time you will safe and how much you will use this fantastic oven.

I have had my Ninja Air Fry Oven for several months and did not know this cook book existed. I use my oven nearly every day, but when I read the "info" chapters at the beginning of the book, I had new insights into how the various settings worked, and how to make them work for me. I probably won't use a lot of the recipes, but I intend to try some of them. I tend to do my own thing in the kitchen. We don't eat out (our preference) and I love to cook and use my kitchen gadgets. I make a lot of pasta, a lot of rice dishes, a lot of vegetarian dishes (not that we are vegetarians, we just don't eat meat more than a couple of times a week.) I also love to use my little oven for baking. I definitely plan to try the baked goods in this beautiful book!

I am not as thrilled about this product as I thought I would be. Everything seems to overcook in the oven for me. I like my veggies crispy done and not soggy. So you get either under cooked meat and firm veggies or the opposite. I find cooking the veggies and meat separately is best for me. No time saved here. It does toast english muffins perfectly, but it takes 6-8 min. (I like mine with a little burn around the edges). My toaster does it in 4 min.
