Ludique, good for psychomotor development, captivating, good for kids and for adults.
Small enough that you can keep the final build as trophee on shelf, and they look nice enough that they do not ruin the ambiance! the instructions are clear and easy to follow; there are several spares of the blocks so if you loose one, you are still good to go; the blocks come in separate bags according to their shape, helps you to find what you need; it is good for the kids as they improve their hand and finger control on these small blocks;
Small blocks may be a challenge for clumsy hands? if you need to disassemble, you will need some tools, such as tweezers.
I saw the Eiffel Tower at a store and decided to buy it, thinking that it would be perfect for my desk. I really was enchanted and have since ordered the Mont Saint Michel. I will certainly continue with Tintin. What I really like is the small size which allows for keeping. I must compliment the artistry of the creators as the final product looks pretty good.
It is even small enough that you can take it with you on trips, good for sharing and fun with your kids.
Yes it is small, "Nano" remember? but it is not that difficult to build. And you will fill proud of what you made. Kudo's to the Japanese company that design these "Nanoblocks".
What we really liked about the Nanoblock Effle Tower is all the intricate details . . . down to the tiny trees. Kacie loves the way it tured out and she has her tower proudly sitting on her bookshelf high out of the reach of her little sisters' hands. Even I have to say I'm amazed at the way it turned out. Who knew that a set of blocks could create something so pretty!
I have also purchased a Nanoblock-style Minion (Despicable Me Nanoblock Style for a friend as well, and she loved it. The parts go together well and are very solid. It helps a LOT if you get the really well-machined tweezers (with a hole meant for this purpose: nanoblock nano block only tweezers, but plan ahead as they are shipped from Japan and take a while). For children with smaller fingers they aren't as necessary.
One thing to think about: The package says they're suitable for young kids. The parts look like Legos, but they're very small, tiny, even. I'd think twice before giving one of these kits to a very young kid.
But I'm not a small kid, and I love Nanoblocks.

Cool design. However, it is more difficult to assemble than Legos because it is so small; and it falls apart easily.Published 5 months ago by Jason
