Directions

Inhalation:Inhaling vapors from a tissue sprinkled with 5-10 drops of Olbas Oil quickly stimulates and enhancesthe breathing passages; or, tuck the tissue inside a pillowcase at night. Add 20 drips of Olbas Oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over the head and breathe vapors in deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.Massage: Apply Olbas Oil generously and gently massage the body. I worked for a chiropractor who swore by this, though I could never justify buying one for myself until recently something that might as well have been the plague ran through my house. I try to be careful of what we give our 2 year old in terms of medication, and prefer something more natural if we can manage it. So...I ordered this. It has been fantastic. We used it to help us breath during whatever cold/flu/sinus thing went through, I use it on achy muscles after some time at the gym, or the balls and heals of my feet after a day in heals. It's so multi purpose, but it's a very dry oil. It doesn't leave you with that sheen of slimy residue after you put it on like most topical oils. The smell is a eucalyptus/minty smell...and it lingers. But, it's effective and that much I can't knock.

I was very skeptical about trying this, but I had a sample given to me 1 year ago and just kindof brushed it aside. Then I broke my wrist and for some reason I went and bought any product that would help alleviate pain naturally, and after spending so much money, this little sample was in my makeup bag and I read it was good for massage and helps with pain. So I opened the little packet and it immediately took effect on my pain! I have to warn you it’s strong aroma and most tease me, but when I have them, mostly macho guys try it on their sore arms, elbows and knees, they come back begging me to get them their own bottle! So give it a try, I’m sure glad I did!

I was in Whole Foods and a lady was doing a demo for Olbas and gave me some samples. I usually run away from people trying to engage me in a store or on the street, but she looked so nice. She even took my picture because I bought the tea. It's the oil I like for headaches and muscle aches. I put it on the back of my neck and earlobes, middle of forehead, wherever the pain is worst. it sinks in and tingles and gives you that cooling, light feeling of the pain lifting away. Wholesome, old fashioned, mountain herbal healing. I recommend.

It works so well at clearing up you sinuses.....it won't cure what ails you (I did finally have have medical attention for the problem I was having) but it DOES give immediate relief and absolutely helped me sleep better at night. I paired it with saline solution.

I did not buy this for me to use personally. I was having a problem with my in/outdoor cat spraying in one of the floor vents. I read that if you saturate a tea bag with the Olbas oil and place in floor vent, it will deter the cat from getting near it. They do not like the smell. So far, no problems. Thanks!

Don’t know much about it. Not like it’s a cure all. My son still had trouble breathing after putting it on his chest mixed with coconut oil. Supposed to clear up sinuses. It smells amazing but does it really enhance the sick problem with littles? I don’t know.
