Olicity Cheesecloth is made from natural and 100% unbleached pure cotton, we designed and improved to make it hemmed 2 edges in case many small threads may end up in foods.

Our company specializes in producing high quality cheese cloth and we are the first to design and manufacture this hemmed cheesecloth on the market. Currently we are offering 1yard, 3yards and 5yards with high cost performance for different needs of customers.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

Olicity cheesecloth is unbleached, you may find something like black spots on it when you are ready to use it. Don’t worry, that’s not dirt. They are natural impurities on the cotton and harmless. Please boil it with water in a pot at least 15 minutes.

How To Clean? Just put in an appropriate amount of mild cleaner, lightly rub a few minutes with running water under faucet, and then rinse clean with water. It's breathable and can dry quickly.

SO, I use this in an unconventional way. I sweat and hold heat under my boobs. I went to the dermatologist to figure out why I had a rash and she explained that the heat/sweat can cause the rash and yeast build up. So, she suggested taking cheese cloth and cutting it to size to put under my breast (in conjunction with prescription topical cream) and it will wick away the extra moisture and prevent future rash. It works so well, even without the cream! This is my go to during the hot months. The cloth is nice and thick and isn't itchy or anything. I hope this comment will help others. (Also, I am not a doctor, please seek a doctor if you have any medical problems!) Cheers!

I love the fact this cheesecloth can be reused and I was definitely skeptical when ordering. I manually process honey from my hives and use cheesecloth. Cheesecloth from the store is so flimsy (can't be reused) gets kind of expensive, plus I use it quite a bit. I was pleasantly surprised when I used it, was able to actually wash it out and reuse it. That's fantastic and I will be reordering in the future for myself and my beekeeping friends.

I bought this cheesecloth to make clarified butter, which I do about three times a month, and it's fantastic for the job. My first thought when I opened the package was "Holy crap, there's so much!" You seriously get a lot of cheesecloth for your buck here. Then I noticed how fine the weave was. It only takes two layers to strain my clarified butter, so this purchase will go a long way. And to top it all off, I've put my first cutting through my washing machine (on gentle) twice so far, and it's still holding together.
It's high quality, durable, and you get a lot of it. I super recommend this product.

Overall, I am happy with this product. It works and washes well. Washes better than many other brands out there. I've used the same piece to make ricotta and yogurt several times, hand wash with dish soap between uses, and air dry.

Only note is that I received an email from the seller asking if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty on it for about the purchase price. Its cheesecloth - why would anyone purchase that?

I used it to strain yogurt, to make labaneh. It was great. I didn't want to use soap to wash it, so I washed it with water, then boiled it for 15 mins. It withstood the boiling perfectly, and then I used it to strain the yogurt. I was happy with how it all turned out. I used a double layer of the cloth for the straining, just because I had enough fabric. I haven't tried doing it with one layer.

I make bone broths for soup and the cloth I have used until now fell apart before I could finish a batch. Since there can be very small bits of bone it's imperative that the cloth performs its job. Can one person be this excited about cheese cloth? Because I am.

I love that this is reusable. I cut one piece and just used the same piece for the fifth time. I had to toss it in the compost this time only because I used it to squeeze shredded cucumber and everything was green and cucumbery. Otherwise, I could have gotten more used just out of that one single cutting. It’s durable, easy to clean and so much less wasteful.

Good quality product but definitely boil it for at least 15 minutes before using the first time ... the colour of the water will clearly show that it is not yet food grade (or dirt free). Once the water rinses clean, the cloth can be dried (on low) in the dryer. Nice, large piece of cheesecloth that can be cut for custom uses. Just don't forget to sterilize and rinse it well before the first use.

I’m not a cheese cloth connoisseur by any means but I thought these cheese cloths were pretty good quality. The high thread count is very apparent; the chicken incl the bones were completely contained and the cloths never ripped or decreased in quality while enduring a long hot soup making process. Unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality after washing because I threw them out afterwards since they were used for meat. Also, if I recall correctly, this brand was the best value compared the other brands offered on Amazon.

I've been using it to squeeze carrot juice for a while. The same cloth has endured many heavy squeezing and remained surprisingly intact. (I used it folded with 2-4 layers and applied quite a lot of forces while squeezing.)

The only down side is getting the orange carrot colour off the cloth can be a bit tricky with simple hand washing.

There is so much cloth in the package I'm kind of out if idea what to use them for.

Wonderful quality cheesecloth. I was very surprised but am also used to supermarket cheesecloth. The only concern I have is whether I need to bind the edges if I cut it into smaller pieces? Plus, of course, unless you use cheesecloth on a regular basis and know the specific sizes you need, you might need to cut, bind and wash a piece before you can start cooking.
