Dropping my rating from 3 to a single star mainly due to the sellers customer support. Long store short they offered me the option of a partial or full refund if I sent it back. When I stated I wanted a full refund, they then stated I would need to submit pictures to see if the tech team could find a solution.
After a month of no response I had to reach back out to ask where were we in the process in which they said keep it and we will give you a partial refund of $15. I stated this would not be acceptable and have not heard from them since.
I've been through three of these so called heavy duty utility carts in the past two months. I though this one would be the one for sure since it said it supported up to 150 pounds in weight and the bigger wider wheels would make it easy for me to transfer my bootcamp setup from one place to the next (I had no where near 60 pounds).
It was difficult turning the cart and as another reviewer stated depending on what you had in it it would topple over easy, also I had more space in similar carts with the skinner wheels.
The wheels in the front where the metal meets the frame started to bend as tends to happen with all these carts I use causing the wheels to start dragging underneath the frame when you pull it.
I put about 3-4 miles a week on this thing so if you are needing something that your going to be using often I'd look somewhere else, but if you just need something for here and there.... this may work for you.
One last thing, having to open and close the rear wheels to calapse the cart also became a big pain.
Wagon would have gotten 5 stars but it doesn't turn very easily. It takes some manueverin to figure out how to get it to turn but once you figure that out it's great. Works better than other wagons I've used and seen. Easy to fold out and put away, travels nice. Awesome addition to our beach trip and traveling adventures!
I bought the Ollieroo Folding Beach Wagon for my last trip to he beach. It collapses into a surprisingly small footprint, for transportation by car. It has very large wheels designed for the beach, and its long handle is ergonomic and works quite well on wet sand. I won’t lie to you. It will still be a struggle, if you try to drag this wagon across dry sand. Almost nothing works well on dry sand – you’ll probably need a sleigh. Please send me inventor’s royalty fees if you start making and selling beach sleighs after reading this article.
I chose this wagon, and not other similar products, because this one appeared to be better designed. The folding mechanism of the front wheels looked clever when I researched it, and indeed proved to be a space-saver. Other wagons either had front wheels fixed in the middle, thus making the wagon unstable, or did not fold into a compact block for storage. The long handle turned out to work better than short handles on the sand. The handle also folded down and locked in place, serving as an extra leg, when you stand or store the folded wagon upright. To collapse the wagon, you pull on the handle in the middle, and you are done.
Attached pictures are from my trip in September. I spent more time than I wanted to, before the trip, researching for beach equipment to buy. After the trip I wrote a quick post on my blog summarizing what worked for me. Above paragraphs are pasted from my blog.
The first picture shows the wagon on the beach next to other equipment I hauled across sand using this very same wagon. As I mentioned earlier, you'll have a bliss dragging this on wet sand. It will work on dry sand, but you'll have a workout. People complain about it. But honestly, what other better alternative are there for dragging heavy load on dry sand? You tell me.
The second picture shows the wagon doing double duty as anchor to a giant octopus kite. The third shows how small this thing folds into. It takes up only a tiny amount of space in the trunk. The fourth one is an equirectangular panorama featuring this lone wagon on the Ogunquit Beach at low tide, before other beachgoers came and trampled all over the pristine wet sand. The view is deceiving. This beach is large, but not as expansive as the equirectangular image would make you believe. You'll need to go to Google Street View to get the right perspective.
