Mother has stage 3/4 liver cirrhosis from Hep C, this helps her immensely. It should be the #1 thing anyone with a damaged liver takes, yet no specialist will recommend it because they simply don't know about it. If you tell your hepatologist/gastroenterologist you are taking this, they might even advise you not to. Their advice is based on lawsuit fears from unknown 'bs internet cures'. TUDCA has solid science behind it, and from the single anecdotal evidence I have (my mum), it works. She feels a lot worse without it.
Item is pricy, but so is all TUDCA. This is effective and not a fake or low dose product (like some others on Amazon). Kinda worried it's made from BEAR BILE, previously this brand indicated that on it's package, now it doesn't indicate if synthetic or not. I'd really rather not support the Chinese bear bile farming industry as it's disgusting, especially when synthetic versions are available.
From the main brands on Amazon, this was the most worth it to ship to Canada.
FYI lowest effective dose for liver disease is 1-2 caps a day (250-500mg).
For juice monkeys taking orals, this will get your poops moving and keep your liver healthy at the same dose.
