These are okay for several reasons. One, they are really big. I am still strangely able to swallow them, but for someone who hates taking large pills, I dread taking them every time. Two, they do not leave an aftertaste. Three, these came to me with the safety seal falling off. Not because I think someone tampered with them, but because the product was either old, stored improperly or just defective in its sealing. Not sure how they work yet as I just started taking them.

Great Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules! Fish Oil is supposed to be good for heart health, inflammation, & brain health. What else packs such benefits? My brain needs all the help it can get. I'm 64 & cringe at what my poor body has been thru. Hopefully, these pills will balance some of that out! Thanks for a great affordable product!
