I've ordered several of these during the past year as I struggled with dry eye problems as a result of LASIK. I had dry eye issues pre-LASIK, but because of the surgery my issue has worsened. I did some reading and [forgive me, I'm paraphrasing here quite a bit] it turns out that when the corneal flap is opened during LASIK surgery, a nerve that tells your eye when it is dry or moistened is damaged. As a result, artificial tears were all but worthless for the first couple months and I often had to carry around a separate bag just for eyedrops. I also work on a computer so staring at a screen all day long had worsened the problem. I tried everything from regular tears to gel drops to overnight creams and more. I landed on MegaRed's daily supplement as a way to combat the uncomfortable dryness/itchiness. It works wonders. I very rarely experience discomfort in my eyes anymore, and when I do, I realize it's because I forgot my supplement that morning. Highly recommend for those that have gone through LASIK or currently experience some pretty bad dry eye problems!

I started taking krill oil when I read it recommended as a nootropic, because your brain likes fatty fish oil, apparently. I also read it being recommended for pain and improved flexibility by exercisers. As a middle-aged new convert to PIYO, I can use this help, I think.
So I ran out of MegaREDs three weeks ago, didn't think it was a hurry to replace. Brother, by the end of the first week, I NOTICED the hip pain, knee pain, trouble sleeping etc. The band's back together. I bought some cheaper stuff
and had to throw away (let's just say I don't like tuna and leave it at that).
Bottom line is stick with the MegaREDS, they don't have the pong associated with other brands of fish oil.
Middle-aged exercisers should all take a MegaRED. Go ahead and spend the money.

I've been suffering from knee pain for a while and have tried taking other things bought from Amazon such as the Move Free and placing a knee brace on the affected knee. Nothing has taken care of the pain nearly as good as taking these MegaReds. When I started taking the Move Frees I did notice some change, I could move my knee a little more comfortably for a couple of days and then after that the pain was still uncomfortable. My husband did notice his shoulder pain was almost gone with them, though, and continues to take them. Me on the other hand, had to try something different.
I started taking these MegaReds and immediately by the second day I could feel the relief of my knee pain. I continued taking them for the last 10 days, more less, and I can tell you I have to move my knee in an awkward position before I can notice any discomfort , where before I had the pain 24 hrs a day. Plus, I can feel myself thinking a little more clearly and not having such a hard time trying to remember stuff, as I used to before.
I definitely recommend you giving these a try. 👍

I think I've purchased something like 15 bottles or more of MegaRed on Amazon (ranging from 350 mg to 500 mg). I used to buy it in my local stores but I've found it's much more expensive there. Use the "subscribe & save" option and you'll save yourself some money. Just keep an eye of the current price. It's usually around 20 bucks for 130 of the 350 mg softgels. I've seen it jump to 40 bucks or more at times in recent months. I generally take around 1000 mg daily so that equates to 3 of the 350 mg softgels or 2 of the 500 mg softgels. Both work just as good. I take them to support my heart health, among other things. Since I don't consume much fish at all, I feel this is the next best thing. As promised, they have no fishy aftertaste and I do not burp a fish taste or anything like that throughout the day. I have acid reflux also so you'd think that if anyone would taste a fishy aftertaste or burp then it would be me. The softgels themselves have a hint of a kind of vanilla scent which is pleasing to me. Hope this helps and have a great day! :)
