About the Author

Mark Hodges is a veteran of media and marketing and is relentless in his pursuit to help organizations be relevant to today's consumers. He has worked as a Vice President of Enterprise Sales in the digital marketing and advertising industry, and currently leads sales and client management efforts in the IT Managed Services Provider space. His teams have specialized in working with multibillion-dollar organizations in the media and entertainment industries - specifically with organizations that are focused on calibrated omni-channel marketing.  He has previously worked with data and database providers to service clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Walmart, Best Buy, Nationwide Insurance, Disney, ABC, NBC, FOX, and Viacom networks (including MTV, VH1, and Comedy Central). Prior to focusing on emerging technologies and data, he worked with KARK-TV(NBC) and Comcast in multiple roles, including promotion and marketing management.  Mark has also taught for fifteen years as an adjunct professor of marketing and sales. He holds an MBA in marketing and a BA in communication/public relations.
