I liked that no additional ingredients are added. The peanuts are roasted which results in a different taste than raw peanuts. The peanuts are blanched. I am not sure why this was done. I'll find out. Well, if you are going to roast the peanuts, I guess you mies well blanched them too. I always wondered this: What does roasting do to the natural oils of nuts? Roasting does result in a different taste. Blanching results in a slightly different taste. (Try soaking almonds for 8 to 10 hours. Then peel off the skin. Taste the unskilled almond. Then tasted the skinned almond.)
Now, it took over a a week to arrive. But I chose Once Again peanut butter with only one ingredient because
I thought that it was the best available peanut butter. Most companies add salt to their peanut butter. I'm not interested in additional salt. I would like them to make a raw unroasted organic peanut butter. I wonder what it would taste like? Also, I am unsure whether they add additional peanut oil to their peanut butter. I'll find out. Some companies add Palm Oil to their peanut butter. I let it set on the shelf. I have no problem with Once Again. Also, I can understand why local stores sell other versions of Once Again peanut butter and not the one that I ordered from Amazon. Makes no sense to me. Give it a try. You might what to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. My friend ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day. She lived to be 103 years old.

Why is it so hard to find peanut butter without salt, sugar, or oil added? Once Again brand is the absolute best peanut butter with literally one ingredient: PEANUTS! They also don't burn their peanuts when they roast them like some brands do, which comes through in the taste of the PB. Once Again is the absolute best.
