The most rewarding training experience for you and your cat! We've seen everything from Persians to Tabby cats running on our wheel, while high energy breeds like Bengals and Sphynx tend to learn the easiest. Please do not buy this wheel if you are not willing to train your cat; some cats take to the wheel naturally, but others will require time to get accustomed to the wheel. In some cases it takes a full month for a cat to learn to walk or run on a wheel.
These are Generation 5 wheels, featuring fewer parts and modified roller blade wheels for greater stability. They are constructed of 100% recycled plastics for a lightweight but sturdy design capable of supporting up to 25 lbs.
The running surface uses EVA foam to cushion the cat's steps and prevent claws from catching. Wheels can be easily wiped down with a wet towel or hosed down for quick cleaning.
Assembly is required for this wheel, and the completed product is large (48" diameter). Please review our assembly video online before purchasing to confirm that you will be able to put this item together. Less handy individuals may require the assistance of a friend or family member to complete assembly of the wheel.
We accept returns on unused wheels only for up to 30 days after receipt of the order. The wheel must be sent back in the original box and the pads must be unused in order to receive a full refund.

A bored cat is an unhappy cat, and without a stimulating environment, cats can get bored quickly. That's why we created our One Fast Cat exercise wheel. The wheel gives cats a safe outlet for energy that would otherwise manifest in destructive or unwanted behaviors, like clawing at the furniture, racing through the halls, or harassing their humans. Being entirely cat-driven, the wheel needs no batteries or power source, and it can be used by the cat without any assistance. Some training will be required—cats do not have a natural instinct to run on a wheel—but once your cat learns how to use their new toy, they'll hop on it throughout the day, usually going for a quick sprint or two every few hours.

In addition to burning off excess energy, the wheel can help burn off extra calories, too. It may take more time and dedication to get a chubby cat running on a regular basis, but once they do, you'll start to see them slim down into their more svelte selves. A One Fast Cat exercise wheel is an excellent tool for keeping your cat happy and healthy.

For most cats, it takes time and patience for them to start using the wheel. While some cats may jump right on and go, many others will need some training before they know how to use their new toy (check out our training video for training tips). We understand that it can take a couple weeks, sometimes even a month or more of daily training, before a cat starts using the wheel on their own. The best advice we can give you is to be patient. If you wish to return the wheel, please contact us within the first 30 days. For international or overseas orders, please be aware that we do not provide return labels and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

TL;DR....it's hard to put together but it's worth it...;)

Excellent product and idea...Just WAY over engineered and a total female dog to put together...make it in 4 parts. No need to have the panels and rings, just 4 quarters of the ring...easier to put together and the cats won't learn new curse words, hear screaming and smell the blood of their owners. Getting that last panel in is like defeating the most impossible boss of any video game without anyone seeing it (and we all know how nothing we do is impressive to a feline). A few tips, watch the youtube video, then watch it again. Make sure you wack the panels horizontally after they're seated (there isn't a lot of play there). If you have help, God bless you. Don't give up. After the last panel is in, in the video the dude puts the other side of the ring on top of the assembled panels. Don't do it this way, you can't see what you're doing. Lay the remaining ring and flip the other ring and panels on top. You can easily line up the slots. Getting your cat comfortable with it......Whatever you do don't put your cat on it, let him or her explore it. My 2 Sphynx are almost 5 months old and really wanted to help assemble it but for the hindrance of a lack of opposable thumbs. Let them play in the ring while you put together the base, bind your wounds and post to social media how insanely difficult this is to put together. Okay it's together. Feed some of their favorite treats on it, feather toys, laser pointers ect. I've kept Persians for 30 years and the Sphynx are new to me, I'm sure low energy cats would like it but the Sphynx are definitely high energy. It's been up for 2 days and they are constantly on it without prompting. My cats are well adjusted and love and trust me. Cats are fickle, anything negative isn't forgotten, hence the warning to not just put them on it. Sit by it, feed them on it, make everything about the wheel positive and I'm sure they'll use it. I just received this two days ago. So far we’re very impressed from the minute I sat the package on the floor my cats have been on it. I love that The box even came with areas to cut out for the cats to play in. Perfect way to distract furry “helpers” while you assemble. The game of whack a mole was great. The video provided gives easy instructions for assembly although it is not as easy as man in video makes it look. my fingers became very sore snapping in pieces- so with the included mallet I just used the handle to press on the area needing pressure to snap together and had no issues with breakage. The product seems very sturdy. Took about an hour. Training video was helpful. I didn’t think I had much success with training but about midnight of the first night I heard a noise and realized the kitten was trying it out for the first time(see video). He has been using it regularly now. So far we really like it. Hoping the older cat and the dog will give it a try soon too!

I really did like this item, even tho we did decide to return it. We have 8 cats, all various breeds, sizes and ages, cause we run a cat rescue. Out of 8 cats, only the oldest, most frail, and tiniest cat took to using it. She is only 5 lbs and definitely doesn't need to lose any weight, but it did help stretch her legs a little. Unlike our "more fluffy" fatties that do need it, and who it was intended for. They would just lay on it. No amount of toys, catnip or forced running would convince them this was anything other than a new lounging spot. So, while I love the idea, it did not work for our home and cat rescue. This item was definitely easy to assemble (all the parts just kind of snap together & even includes a nice rubber mallet). Getting it apart for return was a bit more tricky cause you have to depress the clicked in tabs. But once one is popped out, easy to get the rest. I highly recommend getting this item via Amazon over buying directly from the website, just for ease of returning the item if it doesn't work for your cat. We may re-buy this again in the future to try it again, when our mix of kitties changes. Make sure to save all the original packaging, in case you have to return it. It will definitely help!

Cheap materials not compatible with the pricetag, but still good for the cats

Two of my three cats love it, and run in it several times a day - one Russian Blue and one Bengal. Sometimes they even fight to see who will use it...
With some positive reinforcements, it took them less than 2 days to start using the whell. Good news indeed!

Now about the product itself:
Good design with terrible implementation, somewhat disrespectful to the consumer, notably:
- Wabling makes it impossible to use. The ball bearing wheels (supporting the running whell) are very cheap and off-centered, makig the running whell wable A LOT. Replacing them with regular inline skates whells rendered excellent results.
- The mat with the leopard print is a distraction. I bought this particlar pattern to help the cats see they were "moving", but it backfired; the print drags their attention and they stop. It's also disorienting if you look at it while the cats are running. I would definitively go for no pattern whatsoever.
- The mat is very cheap and after three days of use the rubber was desintegrsting already. VERY CHEAP! And the Bengal scratched it a few time already.
- Like the rest, the plastic is VERY CHEAP - saying it is recycled doesn't cut it, I know plastics - and some parts even arrived broken. Fortunately nothing that I couldn't fix, but for the price it should be impeccable.

All in all, my cats spend some good time at it. I whish the built wasn't so cheap or that we had more competing alternatives to choose from.
