Click Here For Trailer Fresh off their adventure in Alabasta, the Straw Hats wash up on an island inhabited by a penny-pinching money lender who lives amongst the livestock. This greedy old goat longs for the life of a pirate, but his boat doesn't float and his tuckered out ticker won't hold out long enough for him to hoist the Jolly Roger. Nevertheless, Dr. Chopper and the gang do their best to make the old man's dream come true, and he returns the favor by leading a goat-brigade raid on a marine fleet in hot pursuit of the Going Merry. This barnyard diversion creates an opening for the Straw Hats to sail out of trouble - and straight into the mysterious and deadly Rainbow Mist!

This DVD set is much like the other DVD sets released so far in terms of how many episodes this set includes. That being said...Season 2, 7th Voyage holds 13 episodes...or episodes 131-143.

Which includes the Post-Arabasta Arc, Goat Island Arc, and the Rainbow Mist Arc...which is just enough to leave viewers salivating for the start of Season 3, 1st Voyage (the start of the Skypeia arc) as for the Amazon price it's a bit much to ask for as these are all filler episodes included in this entire DVD set, but it's still a good buy if you can find it cheaper.

The Post-Arabasta arc (ep. 131-135) is a pretty comedic arc for the most part but it's mostly just a range of episodes centered around each one of the Strawhat pirates either having a flashback of their own personal life, goofing off, or making short side trips on other islands where they help others.

The Goat Island arc (ep. 136-138) is a really short filler arc, which thank goodness One Piece keeps a large majority of their fillers short. This arc just centers around the Strawhats running from the Marines and landing on an island with an old geezer named Zenny (the old man on the cover of this DVD set). Zenny is an old man that has a dream of becoming a pirate even though he's clearly too old to pursue that dream, the Strawhats still push to help him achieve that dream in the end.

The Rainbow Mist arc (ep. 139-143) is an excellent filler arc in my personal opinion. The Strawhats land on Ruluka Island where a strange folktale of a mysterious cloak of mist is said to appear during certain times. An old man by the name of Professor Henzo, whom is researching the mist, lost a group of his friends to the mist a long long time ago.

After their hard fight to win back the kingdom of Alabasta from Crocodile and the Baroque Works, the Straw Hat Pirates have earned a well deserved rest. Apparently Eichiro Oda, the creator of the One Piece manga, needed a rest after drawing the Alabasta arc as what we have here is 13 episodes of anime-only filler. Not that these are terrible episodes, but those who were looking for the earth shattering action of the previous volume won't find it here. These episodes were the last gasp of the much maligned 4Kids dub of One Piece and 7 of these episodes were skipped in that version, so those who are curious about what happened in the skipped episodes can see it here in this string of mini-adventures:

*As the rest of the crew gathers food supplies on an uninhabited island, Chopper gets acquainted with newest crew member Nico Robin and reminisces about the first time his medical skills were put to the test.
*Nami gets a great deal on some high quality paper from a travelling salesman and begins work on the world map that is her ultimate dream.
*Usopp puts his inventing skills to work and helps a orphaned girl and her grandfather put on a fireworks display.
*Luffy and Sanji briefly stow away on a Marine ship. As Luffy leads the Marines on a merry chase, Sanji subtlely helps the ship's apprentice cook to prepare a gourmet meal for visiting Marine captains.
*Zoro reminisces about the time he first met his boon companions Johnny and Yosaku and battled the bandit chief Mountain Whale Dick.
*The entire crew meets Zenny (who is pictured on the package), a retired money lender and hermit who has nearly given up hope of fulfilling his dream of becoming a pirate captain. Luffy and Co.

As far as filler arcs go, this isn't bad at all. The only thing bad about it is that it's keeping you from the actual main story. For what it is it's alright, I enjoyed watching it. The picture quality is as good as ever, same goes for the English dub. If you've been collecting these sets don't stop now!
