I get why some people are upset over buying this and starting it just to find out it's the dubbed version and not the subbed, but if you look at the description under "More Details" it clearly says "Audio Languages: English". Although I will agree it should be more clear in that it only contains the English audio files rather than Japanese or both, but kind of those people's fault for not reviewing their purchase more carefully.

I for one originally started watching One Piece subbed back when 4kids had the rights to the dub, which was god awful. However I eventually fell off around the Whisky Peak arc just because I got busy with school, but cut to a few years ago I got the Funimation streaming app and it was on there so I rewatched it dubbed up until Sabaody and had to wait for Marineford, but after Marineford I got tired of waiting and just switched back to the sub to get caught up so I can watch either sub or dub when it comes to One Piece without it bothering me.

That being said I don't feel like the 1 and 2 star reviews are justified just because those people didn't read more carefully before purchasing this film thinking it was the sub.

The film itself though is good overall, but the villain could've had his backstory fleshed out a little more. However my biggest gripe is the CGI they used for Bullet's armor, it didn't really look good on its own and just clashed with One Piece's art-style.

Also it would've been nice to see all the other Supernovas join in the final battle since they pretty much got wiped out during the first battle with Bullet, and then just showed up at the end when everyone's escaping the marines after leaving the island.
