Wow. This detailed book explains the teachings of the Yoga sutras and Ayurveda philosophy and offers week-by-week instructions to begin or expand your practice in this tradition. It's a comprehensive philosophy, but the book is written clearly with great examples to help guide you each step of the way. Even if you're not ready to fully embrace the program, you will find wise and useful insights for everyday life throughout the book.

I am into 4 weeks now and within the first two I have already noticed big difference in my heath. Inflammation in my shoulders is gone, red spots on my face have faded, I’ve given up coffee with more energy, my hemorrhoid has disappeared, I have much more tolerance now for all the crazy drivers on the road now and I am waiting for my next blood test to see if my cholesterol improved. Thank you Yogi Cameron for writing such a great book and I’m only a quarter of the way through it. I can’t believe that diet and yoga could make such a Hugh improvement in my wellbeing. If you have heath issues which many of us do now days, I highly recommend this book. Namaste

Love this guy, he is straight forward, very informative, have watched him on Veria channel, & have seen him cure people of moderate but painful conditions. I like the way he writes, not too know it all, yet very to the point, where you say to yourself, hey he's right, & I never thought of life like that before. Just to change one thing every day, really has changed my life. The way we think about things, like letting go of stuff that really doesn't matter, & how it affects every aspect of our health. Love yoga, very calming, & the simple moves really do alot for your body. The way he makes changing so simple, makes it okay to do in such a very busy world. This book is excellent.

I got this book as I am trying to get healthy and my body has been seeming to be heavy and in a slump. The book gives easy direction that is helpful and it slowly progresses. This is not the book you want if you are trying to jump head first into an ayurvedic lifestyle. There are many things that this book doesn't touch on like his many uses for ghee. (Which by the way, seems to be one of his favorite things) If you look on YouTube under Veria (the channel), he has a short video on ghee. I also suggest you check out his show, which is quite informative.

If I am feeling sressed, reading this book calms me. Even though I am not ready to implement everything Yogi Cameron recommends ( even though I know in my heart that he is right ) the book makes me think about my life in a very different way.

Who doesn't love Yogi Cameron?! Subscribing to the Ayurvedic lifestyle can be overwhelming, and Yogi C breaks it down into obtainable steps. I thought I had a pretty healthy lifestyle until I read this book! I liked how Yogi C gave me insight into the path of non-violence and I've walked away with lots of food for thought. Unfortunately, I'm finding it a little hard to stick to in a household that doesn't subscribe to the same state of mind- UGH! I've gotten off the Vedic path, but am taking steps- the steps Yogi C outlined, and getting back on track. Thanks Yogi C for breaking it down in a thought-provoking and obtainable formula!

I have not finished the One Plan book so I cannot give an intelligent review at this time but what I have read is very interesting, informative and I feel very knowledgeable information. At this point of reading if you are interested in the Ayurvedic lifestyle then I would recommend this book. It is very informative and easy to read and understand.
