Rasmus Hougaard is the founder and CEO of Potential Project and the author of the ground-breaking and best-selling book by Harvard Business Press, “The Mind of the Leader”. Rasmus is nominated by Thinkers 50 as one of the eight most important leadership thinkers in the world today.
He writes for Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Business Insider. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and leadership developer who coaches and supports C-suite executives at global organizations such as IKEA, Accenture, Wal-Mart, and Unilever.

Gillian Coutts has over 20 years of experience as a leader and change agent in the sales and operations functions of large corporations. She has worked across a range of industries including retail, government, transport, oil and gas, and human services. Gillian is a Partner with The Potential Project Australia. Her clients include Telstra, Yahoo!7, Suncorp, and large not-for- profit organizations. She also sits on a number of boards and regularly speaks on integrating mindfulness into leadership, work life, and – following her own wake-up call of cancer diagnosis and treatment – programs for post-traumatic growth.
Jacqueline is an International Partner and the North American Director for Potential Project - a global leadership and organizational development company focused on creating a more human world of work. Jacqueline is recognized for developing the innate potential of leaders and teams to enhance performance, resilience, and creativity through better understanding and managing the mind.
