Love or hate him, Ted Cruz is exceptionally brilliant, and a phenomenal writer and debator. This book release is incredibly timely, considering the most recent passing of Justice Ginsberg. If you’re interested in the judicial branch of our government, and how one person and one vote can truly change the world, you’ll enjoy this book. Cruz makes excellent points and paints a descriptive picture for the reader on the importance of a SCOTUS nomination. This book was excellent and eye-opening.
It took me about 2 hours to read, and my interest was held from start to finish. I could not put this book down.

The most important book I have ever read

I read. That has been my passion since childhood. I have a nice library (photo included which is just a small part of it). My tastes are eclectic. However, One Vote Away, by Ted Cruz, is the most important book I have ever read. The workings of the Supreme Court and the true implications of the critical votes that have impacted our country in the last half century have been utterly profound.I am rather ashamed to say that I did not follow these political events as well as I should have. My understanding was superficial. Mr. Cruz is clearly brilliant and a constitutional scholar. Anyone who says otherwise is not serious about the truth. Now, with the 2020 election looming, it would behoove every single voter to read this and try to use their critical thinking skills to understand what has been happening in our country....and how we could lose it all.Let your eyes be opened.
