This case is phenomenal. This is the third Diztronic case I have owned and it sure as heck won't be the last. It's sleek, slim and feels great in the hand. It really compliments the original look and shape of the phone, rather than hiding it like many other cases do. Being TPU, it also provides a decent amount of protection against bumps and drops. The protection won't be as good as with something like an OtterBox, but it's not supposed to be.
I was a little hesitant to buy this case after reading a few reviews where people said it pushed their screen protectors up on the edges, but I haven't really experienced issues with this. I'm still using the stock plastic screen protector that comes pre applied to the OP3 and 3T and it's working great. When I initially put the case on, it did push the screen protector up a bit on the top and the sides, but I was able to push it back down easily without anything getting under it. I gently pulled the case's sides up over the screen protector while pushing the screen protector down with my finger. The two have played nicely together ever since, even after I decided to start sprinting with my phone in my front pocket (sorry phone).
It's worth noting that the screen protector that comes with the phone does go closer to the curved edges of the display than the plastic screen protectors I bought on Amazon to use when this one gets too scratched up for my liking. Because of this, I doubt they would be pressed up by the case at all.
A few other things to note: the buttons feel great through the case, they're very tactile and clicky, almost more so I feel than when the phone is naked. I love that Diztronic goes for a matte finish on the entire case because it makes gripping the phone very easy. Lastly, the fact that the case is so thin and light means it adds basically no bulk to the phone, which is nice considering it's a pretty sizable phone to begin with. I tried the Trudia Merge 2 piece case before this and in my opinion this is so much nicer. It really feels like it shapes itself to the phone and becomes a part of it, rather than just taking over everything so all you get to hold is this massive hard plastic thing.
If you're on the fence about this case, then I'd say stop hesitating and buy it now. You won't be disappointed.

Color: Matte BlackVerified Purchase
This is my third Diztronic case purchase. I previously purchased Diztronic cases for my HTC One (M7) (black case) and OnePlus One (blue case). I accidentally dropped both phones a few times onto a variety of surfaces (ceramic tile, wood floors, concrete) and the Diztronic cases provided enough protection that I never experienced a cracked/shattered screens or dings/scratches on the body of the phones. A couple drops were right on the corner of the phone, or the phone landed face down, and I was very surprised that it did not shatter the screen. That said, the Diztronic case definitely helps you grip the phone better, and I don't remember ever dropping a phone out of my hand while using one of their cases. In most cases, the drops occurred when the phone was accidentally bumped off of a countertop or other surface.
This new case for the OnePlus 3T seems right in line with my previous Diztronic cases. It fits the phone perfectly and has the same finish and feel of the previous Diztronic cases I've owned. I have the Soft Gold OnePlus 3T and purchased the Black Diztronic case, and although it covers up the gold finish of my phone, I like the black/white theme of the case and screen bezel. My only issue with the case is that it slightly interferes with the factory applied screen protector from OnePlus. The Diztronic case slightly pushes on the screen protector causing it to lift in the corners and along the edges occasionally. You can press the protector down, but I know that eventually pocket lint will get underneath the protector. Given the Gorilla glass on the phone, I may remove the protector eventually or invest in the official OnePlus tempered glass protector. I've looked at other case reviews and this is a very common issue given the thin bezel of the phone.
Pros:
- Attractive, matte black finish
- Helps you grip the phone, and the phone won't slide easily off most surfaces
- Very slim case with an adequate amount of protection
- Protective ridge around screen and camera bump to protect them when set on a hard surface. Also protects them from drops.
- Perfect fit and no bulk
Cons:
- Slightly interferes with factory applied screen protector (I trimmed off the bottom of the protector in the photo)
- I kind of wish there was a gold colored case, but I'm okay with the black

2. Accurate cut outs for speaker, microphones, charger, and the notification slider switch.
3. Tactile feedback when selecting buttons. The power button and volume buttons are easy to locate by feeling for them if necessary.
4. Good protection from scratches if you keep your phone in your pocket. In general, I do not suggest you drop you smartphone, regardless how much you paid for it. This case will help minimize drop damage from smaller lengths.
I usually treat my mobile phones well, always using a case, a screen protector, and never keeping my phone in my pocket. I use a leather holster. I am also very careful not to drop my phone needlessly - afterall, I do not have an extra $300 plus laying around all of the time. If you are the type of person that is careless with your phone or you are consistently in situations that increase the chance of your phone receiving damage, then I would stick with a more rugged case. If you are looking for a Otterbox or Lifeproof type of case, then this case will not give you that level of protection. For me and my daily experiences, the leather holster and this Diztronic Matte Black case more than adequately protect my phone.
