OneSpace Stanton Computer Desk
Sleek, elegant, and compact
The Stanton Computer desk's compact and lightweight design is a perfect addition to any small home office, kid's room, or any area that needs a work surface. Sleek and elegant lines accent the stark black color. Ample room is available with a work surface of 27.5 inch width and 19 inch depth. The pullout keyboard adds additional space to keep your working area nice and tidy. The included bottom storage provides another area to store books, printers, or whatever else you might need to tackle the day's tasks.
Durability is a key to the construction of the Stanton Desk and is made with a tubular steel frame and PVC-lined MDF boards. Although lightweight, the Stanton Desk is strong and provides overall support up to 150 pounds--plenty for your desktop PC, monitor, printer, and more.
Bottom Storage Shelf
The desk's open design lets you do more with the bottom storage shelf. There's plenty of clearance for any PC tower, printer, or just general storage.
The rugged MDF combined with the tubular steel design results in a computer desk that's durable while remaining lightweight and easy to move when needed.
Pull-Out Keyboard Shelf
The Stanton Computer Desk's pull-out keyboard shelf slides under the main desk area for space-saving convenience when not in use.

I do not agree with other reviewers that you need the bottom shelf as a footrest. I find that it's small enough to where you are not reaching uncomfortably if your chair is at the proper height.
I am not using the keyboard tray (see images) for keyboard/mouse because...the simply truth is that my gaming keyboards are too tall for the space provided in the tray area. Also, it is not nearly wide enough for a mechanical gaming keyboard and a hard mat. The upside is that the surface of the tabletop seems to be incredibly accurate and responsive with my Razer Naga mice.
For my boyfriend's setup, his midsized homebuilt tower fits perfectly on the bottom shelf. This tower is your average larger size of most bought computers today, so you shouldn't have a problem there.
He's using a RipJawz mechanical keyboard which was too tall and wide for the tray in combination with the mouse, so that is placed on top of the desk.
His subwoofer also manages to fit on the bottom shelf.
Our monitors are both compact ASUS 1ms HDMI monitors and we have them sitting on glass Uboards. These fit perfectly and provide a little bit of additional storage space under the monitor.
His L/R speakers had nowhere to sit on the desktop, except behind the monitor. Not the greatest place for sound, but it's good until we can build shelving.
Now....MY computer...please see images (it's the white computer tower).
Someone had mentioned they had enough space for their full size tower and showed a picture.
Theirs was a mid-size. THIS computer is a full size tower, and as you can see....it is practically the height of the entire desk and twice as deep. Obviously, putting this on the bottom shelf was a no-go, so I placed my 3-in-1 HP printer on the bottom shelf.
The desk is so sturdy, my monitor doesn't even rattle when I'm printing, and I'm quite pleased with that.
My keyboard is a MadCatz STRIKE TE mechanical gaming keyboard, which is a little less wide than the RipJawz, but taller...so it didn't fit in the keyboard tray area....howeve, I had enough space to work my Razer Vespula mouse mat on there....with difficulty. The keyboard is partially on the mat. I would have loved to have about four more inches of width on the whole desktop, but I wasn't even expecting this to work. :) Not looking for miracles, just space saving options and this fit the bill.
As you can see, my subwoofer was quite a bit larger too and that had to go on the side....which ended up serving as a shelf for my headsets.
I ended up using the keyboard tray as a tuckaway for my USB Blu-ray, SD drive, and external SSD.
So, what's the final say?
It's a preference. My Balt LX had more than enough room for all my options and extras. But I really needed the space in the room.
If you have an extreme gaming system and just want a desk, but are not overly concerned about space....look elsewhere.
If you're an average gamer in a college dorm, living with others, looking for something you can move around with ease or just need space....this is perfect.
If you're a teacher who needs multiple desks for your students in a computer lab or elsewhere, you will LOVE these.
But gamers use caution if you're a peripheral junky like me. Use my photos as reference to see which type of gamer you are.
We proceeded to put it together, the directions are very easy to follow and it was very simple to assemble. Now the main reason for this review. On the footrest where they picture the computer tower there are 4 screws to attach it to the legs. In each of these spots the wood broke just at the end of the screw length. It is still together but there is damage to the wood. The keyboard tray also came with screws that were just a tad too long, the board did not damage but if you run your fingers over the spots you can feel a slight bump. All of these screws were only tightened to snugness and weren't drilled in farther. The slots where the screws go in were not indented by the screw going in so the length seemed to a bit long on all of these screws. It does seem like it will function properly but due to the damage its life may be shortened.
