Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I use the tool in my steer tube on my Intense Recluse FS and Trek ProCaliber hardtail. It's nice to just add the top cap kit and be able to move the tool to whichever bike I am riding that day. Great quality tool construction. The integrated quick link tool is not very functional but if you are worried about pulling a quick link on the trail you should get the quick link pliers and bacon strip tool to add to the storage compartment. I'm not worried about it as I can use the chain breaker and have a spare quick link stored on the tool. I hate riding with a pack so between this and my tube strap I am good to go on sub 2 hour rides when I don't need lots of water.
All the reviews on the internet are correct: this is an awesome multi-tool. Carrying in the steerer tube is incredibly convenient, especially for cooler weather rides when just a water bottle suffices for hydration. The only downside is needing to purchase the tap to thread your fork. But, pro tip: buy the tap, then charge your friends $5 to borrow it when they get multi-tool envy. You'll recoup the investment fast.
This thing is neat and well-made. I also bought the matching pump to carry this tool strapped to my MTB frame. That's the best feature to me- I can carry all the tools I need, plus some extra stuff like a tubeless plug kit and some zip ties.
Tools seem solid. I haven't had to use any in the field yet (knock on wood), but in playing around with them in the garage, I think they would work the same as my crank bros. multitool that I was carrying in a seat bag.
This is very innovative and fits well inside the handle of my EDC pump. Would be great if the missing links fit more snugly in their holes or if the snapped in place as they are very loose, may just as well keep in a separate place since that will probably be what you use the least. tire repair tool and plugs and chain breaker should be included in this set and not have to be purchased separately. Especially for the price.
I put one on my Full Suspension trek Fuel Ex 9, and my 2014 Mukluk fat bike.
I was able to fit one of these into a Mukluk ridgid fork, where the steer tube diameter was ~0.3mm small in inner diameter than recommended. The walls of the tube are much thicker than on my other bikes. I milled down the upper most inner diameter (using a socket, wrapped in sandpaper, in a drill) until it was just within spec. .... it might be out of engineers spec now, so do this at your own risk!!! But it is plenty strong/thick, and I have zero worries about it.
The convenience and ease of use means I am more likely to make adjustments on the trail I might otherwise ignore. All the hex keys have worked great, although I have not tried the chain tool, or the doubled up hexes to tighten a pedal. Being able to also carry quick links and the optional jabber kit with plugs sealed the deal for me.
I love this thing. It has all the tools you need, and when it is combined with the edc pump you have a very streamlined package for your jersey pocket. The only fault I have with it is it is possible to reassemble it into storage mode incorrectly, which will cause it to stick inside the pump. But really that was my fault for not paying attention.
This is a well-made product that I was able to use my first ride with it. The tool itself is easy to use; if I can use it with my leather gloves anyone can. It can be a little difficult to get closed sometimes, but otherwise is a well made, decently thought out product
