That said, it is not the Bible touted in the title. The book spends way too much time on establishing a profile. Upwards to twenty “commandments” are devoted to this specific issue. And even for this issue, much of the advise given is just plain common sense and etiquette applied in an online context. King’s advise on your profile can be summed up with “accentuate the positive and not the negative and use your spell checker.” That’s a no-brainer.
Now, am I an expert or entirely successful and comfortable with online dating? No, certainly not. But it seems to me that this is a good first step, has some good tips, and at least gives you information to seek information from other sources.
