About the Author

Dr. Sheena Lovia Boateng is the Executive Director of PearlRichards Foundation. She is the first female to complete a PhD in Marketing from the University of Ghana and is also the founder of the Women in Tertiary Education (WITE) Network. She is also the First Doctoral Student in University of Ghana to present a conference paper and a doctoral consortium paper at the Academy of Marketing Conference. Her research interests include relationship marketing, digital marketing, fashion marketing, marketing in micro and small businesses, and electronic learning.
