But then again, we’ve already met Dan, and he’s no saint. He’s certainly not the perfect husband, but he is the perfect suspect. Yet somehow, as Dan goes on the run—determined to prove his innocence but looking guiltier by the minute—I found myself rooting for the guy who left his integrity at the door when he checked into his hotel room.
I can only apologize in advance if Dan’s plight robs you of a straight eight hours, as it did me—sleep is important. But then so is the truth: finding it, and proving it. Absorbing from the very first page, Only the Truth is a twisty and suspenseful psychological thriller that had me racing to the (fantastic) end.
