This book is a fantastic how to regarding non-local consciousness.
Some quantum theorists disagree with the model of psychic nonlocality Schwartz advances, bu theorists have been wrong before. What's most significant in his work, especially in this book, is his lucid instruction in the hands-on method of remote viewing. You can try this safely at home, folks. Be grateful that the CIA closed down the secret US program in remote viewing... (or did they?).
