that in a very short period of time I could create those inner daily smiles of happiness that soon were showing
as outer smiles I could share with all. GET THIS BOOK and pay it forward to those you love---especially
I actually bought and downloaded the audio version of this book and I'm so glad I did! Kristi's words, advice, honesty, humility and hopefulness really come across in her voice. She opens up about her own life and shares intimate, sometimes raw stories about her own struggles and in doing so debunks the myth that a 'happiness coach' is now, and has always been 100% happy all the time.
The book reminds of the great quote: "The happiest people in life don't have the best of everything, they make the best of everything." If you're truly ready to take on happiness as an exercise and an intentional skill - this may be the last book you ever need to read on the subject.
