For over a month, I've been taking just one capsule every morning instead of the recommended two. I have noticed an increased energy and a more "awake feeling" that lasts consistently throughout the work day and I take it with breakfast for better absorption. I have noticed that it keeps me too alert for bed if I take it in the afternoon. Another reviewer mentioned that the minerals are chelated but from the bottle label, I only see that Iron is marked as being chelated.

Gym recommended vitamin!!!

This is brand our gym carries. Very good quality and my son, who is a firefighter and personal trainer, uses the one for men. My daughter and I tried this one for women and have felt great! Owner of gym said if urine is yellow it is not being absorbed well so separated dose and took one in morning and one at night.

Not good if you are on BIRTH CONTROL PILLS.

I just want to warn any woman that is considering taking these. Firstly, I will say that this is a great daily supplement and I felt great using them to supplement my healthy and active lifestyle.

HOWEVER, be warned that the herbs Chasteberry and Dong Quai found in this multivitam can interfere with BIRTH CONTROL PILLS. Just do a google search and you can research this for yourself. I just wanted to put this out there to help prevent any unexpected consequences as this is something I did not know when I initially started using this.

Not bad vitamins, but I can only take 1 a day. Every time I take 2, I am always very dizzy and slightly nauseous. Therefore, I reduced it to 1 a day and it's ok for me. I did notice an increase in energy with taking 1. I think other women are ok with taking 2; just didn't work out that way for me.

These are the best vitamins that I have ever taken!

The first couple days I took this I got a headache, like some of the other reviewers. This could be because my body was like "WTF ARE YOU DOING". I didn't really take vitamins other than gummy ones so I suggest starting with 1 per day if you get a headache. Also, the reason I got headaches could have been I wasn't drinking enough water.

I have been taking these for over a month now and I absolutely can not live without them. If I forget to take them I can tell a difference. I can also feel the energy within an hour of taking them. They keep me going all day. I notice that my mind is clearer, I am not craving so much junk, and I am working out stronger and sleeping better as well. These are by far the best vitamins that I have taken and I will continue to take them into the future.

I asked my doctor about whether or not to take them and she told me to take this pill 12 hours before or after I take my birth control pill. So don't fear buying these if you're on the pill!
