I first tried this product when it came in a bottle (13.3ml?). It actually worked! Though it did take several applications in my case (Even with good dental care some of my teeth seem to always be sensitive). That was not a problem - there was plenty for several months. Now it comes in this deceptively big box and you only get 1 treatment(3ml)in a non-reuseable packet. It cost much more to buy it this way if you need to use it on an ongoing basis. Hopefully they'll get some competition. Until then I guess I'll be buying 4 boxes at a time or something. If it came out this way first, I'd probably be happy as a clam, but they got wise to their customers and changed things. Kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
