I just received these brush head replacements and I'm surprisingly disappointed. Based on the outer packaging, I assume these might be a Canadian version of the replacement heads I usually get. The text is in English and French.
I've also found some notable differences in the brush models which can definitely be felt while brushing.

Note: The left brush is the normal one I get and is about 2 weeks old. The right brush is this new one after only 2 uses.

- Entire brush head is slightly more bulky, yet feels slightly lighter
- Certain bristles in the upper portion are not as long as the typical model
- Bristle material seemed different/more rough, not as soft. Slightly irritated my gums in some areas. These bristles are also lighter in color.
- Bristle distribution is slightly different in some areas.
- Mechanism doesn't seem to move as well as the typical model. It feels as though it vibrates but does not fully preform the "clean sweep action" that I'm used to.

Overall I'm pretty sad that I'm stuck with these 3 replacement brush heads since they don't feel as pleasant or effective. I would have paid a little more for what I actually wanted. I'm glad that these work for some people, but I wanted to make sure others are aware of the differences.

Very frustrating to receive these replacement heads and discover that despite being the right model, they don’t work for yours. I own an Oral B Crossaction electric toothbrush, and these head replacements say on the package that they are appropriate for this model. You can clearly see from the photos that they’re not compatible.

I was also really disappointed to find no instructions with the packaging. The only way I figured out the problem was to go on YouTube and look for replacement videos. Very disappointing experience overall.

I originally bought the Oral-B Deep Sweep 1000 Electric Rechargeable Power Toothbrush and have since tried a number of brush heads, including the Dual Clean.

This is one of the average-sized brush heads for the Oral B toothbrush, but can still feel quite large due to the moving parts at the base of the brush - children and those with a smaller mouth cavity may find it uncomfortably large in the beginning, but this is something you can easily get used to. The bottom part of the brush head moves side to side, the top rotates. In terms of cleaning power, I have not seen a noticeable difference between this and the Deep Sweep - (where both parts move side to side). Personally I prefer the Deep Sweep, which has a larger head, and a motion that most closely resembles a classic toothbrush. However, that's just personal preference, and they are both great for the job.

Mechanically this is solid and reliable, I always replace brush heads for hygiene rather than wear and tear issues.

The best part of using an Oral-B is not just the "clean" feeling, which is better than any manual toothbrush, it's the control over the pressure applied to your gums - I used to get small bleeds regularly after brushing teeth, and that has never happened to me with the Oral-B, in over 1 year of use.

Wish they were a bit cheaper, but in the end this is by far the best toothbrush I have ever tried.

I just received my 3-pack. I agree with the 2-star rating, and ALL of the comments made by Kenda. —I would also add that the metal mechanism inside the brush head is making a loud "clacking" noise and the brush head slides up on the post. I kept having to stop every 15 seconds and push it back down. I took the brush head off hoping to get a better fit when I put it back on—and it took some turning of the brushes to make it so it would fit back on. Clearly, there is a design flaw in the brushes that come in these American/Canadian 3-packs. I have been using the Oral-B Dual Clean Replacement Brush Heads for years, and these made in Germany are not identical to the better earlier version.

I cannot recommend this product any higher. It's a life changer. I used the single headed brush Oral B and I have used other electric toothbrushes. They worked okay. This toothbrush leaves my teeth like I just left the dentist every day. My dentists visits are shorter than ever and there is practically nothing for them to remove. My gums are in better shape, it really is the best toothbrush. My fiance also started using it instead of her old electric brush and she hasn't switched back. She admits this is superior. I think this is the best toothbrush out there based on my experience using electrics over the last 20 years or so.

I remembered the commercials and read up on it and then purchased it. I loved the action and brush head and my teeth felt to clean they actually squeaked. Then I saw an ad for this brush head and I love love love it. I feel like my teeth are getting so clean. I do still have to floss according to Oral B and my hygienist but I don't mind and I don't have to talk myself into brushing my teeth. This is like an industrial strength toothbrush.

Bought the Dual Clean for my Oral-B Genius 8000 after our CrossAction and FlossAction brush heads wore out. This is perhaps my favourite of the three although it won't be for everyone.

Size: This is where my wife and I disagree. I think its perfect and easily reaches around all teeth. My wife says its too large and doesn't fit comfortably in the back of her mouth. She prefers the CrossAction due to its smaller size and feels its more comfortable within her mouth. The other issue with having a smaller mouth is, my wife's cheeks put pressure on the brush arm causing her to get the red light pressure warning more frequently.

Cleaning: I brush the same as I would if it was a single head. The extra head focuses on the next tooth, so the time spent on each tooth is in theory doubled. Plus I get the spin action and the added back and forward action. I feel like I get a much superior clean while brushing for the same 2 minutes. My wife disagrees as she has maneuverability issues due to having a small mouth and feels its inferior to the CrossAction. As a result she spends more time brushing trying to make up for it or just getting frustrated. She has already asked me to order more CrossAction heads.

Bands: The 3 pack I purchased came with 1 dark blue, 1 turquoise/teal and 1 red.

Colour: I specifically bought the Genius 8000 as I wanted the black and these brush heads are only available in white (at least at the time of writing this). While it does not detract from its job, it certainly irks me that its mismatched and I use it 2-3 times per day, so I am constantly reminded of this.

Overall: While I do like the way it cleans, my wife does not. I am rating it 3 stars right in the middle as I feel most households will feel the same. Someone will love it, and someone will dislike it.

I've been an avid user of the Oral-B Deep Sweep brush heads but Amazon ran out of the 5-pack replacements that I usually buy so I decided to give these a try. I like these a lot better. I have braces on my teeth and I find that these leave my teeth feeling more clean than Deep Sweep brush heads do. I've even tried the Ortho brush head which was made specifically for people with braces and I found that that brush head didn't do half as good a job as these do. Will be buying again!
