Content of book, from what was readable, appears to be invaluable to the discipline.
The paper it's printed on is thin/frail, non-glossy, and the binding completely came undone after about a year of light and careful use with no temperature swings. Consider an e-book version.

in the same site are available the appendix D and animations of some figures.
all of this is free to download.
