Highly recommend this for team-building, team inspiring, or looking to create a better performing or productive team (or company / organization etc. I'm referring to a 250 person IT organization in which this was done).
Great use of stories and personal narrative to help you realize the powers you never knew, or realized perhaps, you had at your disposal. They key is understanding how to use them best and capitalize on them. The Author Mark Henson bring a very relatable book and topic that we often seek. This is a quick book that helps you look inward to find his titled "Ordinary Superpowers" to be better at what you do. Also, so importantly discussed, is my now less stress worrying about the things I shouldn't (Those things I do, but are NOT my powers at all). Delegate them out or hire them out in my world now. Leads to better focus and thus better results.
PLUS, very relatable and enjoyable to read - the author certainly has a gift for that style of writing.
