Important Information

Safety Information
Do not use oregano essential oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult with your doctor before using oregano oil with children. Never use undiluted oregano essential oil internally. Oregano oil is highly concentrated. Do not use oregano essential oil if you are allergic to mint, sage, thyme or basil. These plants are related to oregano. Avoid using high doses of oregano oil. It can cause irritation of your skin and mucus membranes.

Ingredients
100 % pure essential oil of oregano. Make sure that the oil comes from Origanum vulgare when you purchase oregano essential oil, with at least 70 percent concentration of carvacrol.

Directions
Oregano oil should never be used undiluted. Dilute it by mixing it 50/50 with unrefined coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. Even then it can be too strong to take directly in the mouth, particularly if the product contains 80-87% carvacol, so test it carefully or put the drops in a teaspoon of oil to take it. Please note: It is better to take oregano oil more frequently during the day, rather than taking a number of drops all at once. When taking oregano oil it is recommended you drink plenty of water along with it. Always test a small amount of essential oil first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Mixes Well With: Oregano essential oil, Origanum vulgare, blends well with the following essential oils: olive, coconut, lavender, rosemary, bergamot, chamomile, cypress, cedarwood, spearmint, Tea Tree, Basil, Geranium, Lemongrass, Myrtle, Thyme and eucalyptus. *These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

I received this product a few days ago, its absolutely awesome. I bought the Natural Source Wellness oil of oregano before and used in internally. After I received TaliaMed Oil i cant even think of going back and finishing the Natural Source one. Once you taste and see what the real deal is like you will never purchase oregano oil from the vendors here. This oil comes directly from Greece, its very potent so be careful. I am very sensitive to spices, I can easily feel one drop in the glass of water, it will sting, that how powerful this stuff is. You will feel and look great and energized. Its really is a must have item, for internal or external use. I will be reordering this item for sure and probably more than once.

i had been using Oreganol by North American Spice Co, with no problem. but i wanted a product that was NOT diluted with carrier oil. i received this a few days ago. like a fool, i applied it directly to my skin. i have some skin tags on my neck, around my arm pit, on one side of my stomach and under my large breasts. soooooooooo . . . i have heard you can rid yourself of skin tags with this stuff and i have a patch of scaly skin on one of my temples which will not go away.
one nite i put this straight from the bottle (don't yell i know i'm a fool and deserved what i got) on my right temple, rubbed a couple drops under each breast, put some on my neck, my stomach and around one of my arm pits. it started to burn immediately, but i thought it would only last a few seconds. NOT! oh my God!!! picture a raggedy looking chicken with its head just cut off, running around in circles, flapping it's wings and squawking nonstop. that was me, except i was also trying to lift up my breasts and blow on them at the same time. i'm really glad no one was home at the time. i hopped, i flapped, i yelled, i cried, i ran through my house fanning my body. help!! the tears came immediately which i had no control over.
the first thing i did was get a towel and wipe under my breasts. oohh ahh oohh ahh owie ouchie help help help! BURN BURN BURN BURN BURN!!!
i had to wipe wipe wipe then wipe again for any relief to come. i wiped it from each spot i applied it to. it did take about 30 minutes before i had any relief from the burn. i was so traumatized i thought i was going to have a heart attack! but.... on the positive side, the skin on my temple is now peeling and i have given myself a very tiny mini spot of face peel.

I`ve been buying various American brands of Oregano oil for years and although some are stronger than others , nothing and I mean NOTHING compares to this stuff. This oil has a unique aroma, almost woodsy, and I believe it to be pure grade ( unlike the others that are sold in health food stores here in the US) I put 3 tiny drops in 3 ounces of water and swallowed it quickly. Some of the oil got on my top lip from the glass because it immediately felt like it was on fire and swelled up a bit for about 10 minutes, almost like a bee sting. I could see women using this to plump up their lips if the word ever got out. At any rate, just avoid getting it on your lips, and if you do, wash it with cold water and soap for a couple of minutes. My tongue also burned for about 3 minutes, and i`m not referring to the usual burning sensation you get from regular oregano oils- this was something quite a bit shocking. I had to drink a glass of cold water afterwards and brush my teeth and tongue immediately. I think someone mentioned chasing this solution down with a glass of cold milk which is probably a good idea- i`ll try that next time. I won`t use a capsule as some have suggested here because I want the solution coming in contact with esophageal and gastric membranes for best effect for what i`m using it for. About an hour after swallowing this the first time, I had a weird burst of energy and felt like something was definitely working. I`ve never felt this immediate effect from other brands.
In fact, even though i`ve only been using this particular oil for a few days, i`ve definitely noticed my energy levels have improved. Oregano oil in general really helps to eliminate that "brain fog" that can accompany chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and systemic candida infections.

I am not kidding. I tried my first dose mixed with water in one of those red plastic disposable cups. It was so strong I didn't finish it and put it down on the table. The next day the bottom of the cup had PARTIALLY DISINTEGRATED leaking the contents and the now liquefied red plastic onto the table. It didn't dissolve the finish on the table luckily. I have never seen this with alcohol or any other liquid intended for consumption by humans. I am not surprised that other reviewer had the skin burned off his lips. I didn't lose skin, but my throat was a bit sore for the rest of the evening.

There should be a strong warning on the label to dilute this product before use. It is so concentrated as to be hazardous if not diluted. I am going to do a lot more research on oil of oregano before I try this again.

On the good side it was packaged extremely well. If it turns out that real oil of oregano can dissolve plastic (it did come in a glass container) this stuff is about as pure as you can get.

Update: according to wikipedia carvacrol is a terpene, in the same family as turpentine, which is a solvent and will dissolve plastic.
