Ok maybe not everything you need to know but very important points that i have researched.

COSTCO price: costco has the same product but a bigger container for 2.73lbs for $29.99. you can even find it on their website. if you do the math you are paying the exact amount per ounce.

FAKE product: i read few over zealous people calling out this product and the seller fake and that they have compared the ingredients with a SPROUT merchandise. i did the test and compared the Costco one with this one and they are identical. after all maybe his sprout product is the fake one.

TASTE: stop being yussies and complain about the chalk taste. i consume lots of protein per day and given the amount i take in, i have decided to go with a clean reputable plant based one instead of all the other brands that might be cheaper but are synthetic or contain lots of fillers. you can go buy the GOLD STANDARD from ON (Optimal Nutrition) and COSTCO has the 6lbs for $35. it is surely must cheaper than this one per ounce but i am sure i will pay for it later on with my health. i love the taste and true it is not chocolate taste like a DQ drink or other protein drinks but again they are loaded with sugar. it is really good and i drink it with water and there is no after taste.

Amazing deal, amazing protein powder.

First I would like to say that I usually buy this at Costco but decided to buy it on Amazon since it's like $8 dollars cheaper than going to Costco. However the one at Costco is 2.75 lbs and the one on Amazon is 2.03 lbs. So there's that. I think that it is a better buy on Amazon since I don't have to drive all the way to Costco and face the weekend madness lol. And it's free two day shipping. Other than the great deal I get this is also my favorite protein powder I've had, ever. It's tastes amazing for an organic powder, I love the chocolate flavor. It's rich and creamy. I am also a nursing mom and drinking this helps replenish my body after a nursing session. I do sometimes get the grittiness but that's only if I don't blend it long enough. I love that it's so easy to prepare, I just put the scoops into some milk, blend it on my magic bullet, and drink it like chocolate milk. It's so good! I will definitely be buying this on Amazon from now on.

My husband and I have tried many many protein powders in the past. I cannot say enough good things about Orgain protein powder. The fact that it is soy and dairy free is an automatic plus. It is not grainy or sludgy at all like some plant based proteins. Besides that it tastes like heaven and is so smooth once it is blended. I also like the fact that 1 portion is 2 scoops. On days where I've only done a light workout for a few minutes I can just have one scoop without feeling like I'm consuming more than I need to. We have gone through 20 or more of these in the past year. This is great quality plant based protein and it tastes amazing.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one I felt was needed. I ordered this back in may, since I read many reviews saying how good it was. There were several that said it tasted horrible but the good out weighed the bad. I was excited when I received my bottle since, I love chocolate. When I put it into my blender bottle and shook it up, there still seemed to have lots of bits of powder left. So, I shook it for much longer still lots of bits. I gave it a taste thinking it probably just looked like that and it would be fine. To my horror it was straight up awful. It was so so gritty and did not taste like chocolate at all. It actually taste like cardboard with some sugar. I drank it for only a day and thought "maybe I can suck it up and drink it everyday just hold my nose". But, it was soooooo awful i couldn't get my self to keep drinking it, it had to get tossed.

Doesn’t dissolve well which leaves a grainy texture.

Thus product tasted ok but the texture was grainy. It did not dissolve well and a lot settled to the bottom as it sat. I will not buy this again.
