It’s delicious in baking, chocolate-making, no-bake recipes, and even in spice rubs for meat! Plus it’s packed with vitamins and minerals.

The rich intense flavor of cocoa powder is delicious with anything including smoothies, coffee, or oatmeal. Many people even make savory cocoa sauces to put on their meat.

Other than its incredible flavor, there are many other benefits to cocoa powder. Cocoa has been found to have truly impressive health benefits.

Nutrient Dense - Our cocoa powder may be great in desserts, but it’s actually really good for you! It’s packed with vitamins and minerals! Add a couple scoops of our cocoa powder to your morning smoothie for an instant boost!

Great for baking - From cakes to brownies to cookies to pastries, our rich-flavored cocoa powder makes any baking recipe taste absolutely delicious!

Non-alkalinized - Here at Anthony’s Goods we believe in bringing you the best goods (pun intended!) and often that means going the less refined route for higher nutrition. Our cocoa powder is not treated with alkali for a more delicious and less refined final product.

Organic - As if all that weren’t enough, our cocoa powder is also organic, so no need or worry about pesticides and chemicals in your cocoa powder!

Chocolate Mocha Almond Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Anthony's Blanched Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Anthony's Organic Coconut Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Anthony's Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Anthony's Instant Coffee
  • 3 tablespoons Anthony's Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
  2. Process until smooth and buttery, about 5-10 minutes.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1 cup

Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Layer

  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein

Chocolate Layer

  • ¼ cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder
Instructions:

Peanut Butter Layer

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and pea protein; mix well.
  2. Divide between 8-10 foil muffin liners.
  3. Freeze until set.

Chocolate Layer

  1. In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder; mix well.
  2. Divide between the muffin liners on top of the peanut butter layer.
  3. Freeze until set.

Chocolate Milkshake (dairy-free)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1-½ tablespoons Anthony’s Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein
  • 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Anthony’s Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-½ cups unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
  1. In a blender, layer the ice cubes, cocoa powder, pea protein, erythritol, vanilla extract, xanthan, and maple syrup.
  2. Pour in almond milk.
  3. Blend on high until very smooth.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1-2 servings
