¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Anthony’s Chia Seeds
3 tablespoons Anthony’s Erythritol or Anthony’s Organic Cane Sugar
¼ cup milk
¼ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
-In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the lemon juice, chia seeds, erythritol or sugar, and milk.
-Add the coconut flour and baking soda and mix well.
-Cook by ¼ cupfuls until golden brown on each side.
-Makes 6-8 pancakes
1/2 cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup Anthony’s Organic Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips
-Melt the coconut oil in a pan, slowly stir in Anthony’s Organic Cocoa Powder, once stirred turn off and remove the pan from the heat.
-In a large mixing bowl, mix and beat the eggs, honey, salt, baking powder & vanilla.
-Add the cocoa and oil mixture to the large mixing bowl containing the egg mixture, mix well.
-Add Anthony’s Organic Coconut Flour and whisk until there are no lumps (a hand mixer works great).
-Add the chocolate chips! Delicious!
-We pour it into a 9×9 square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
How should coconut flour be stored?

How is coconut flour different from wheat flour?
