This is my favorite coconut flour at the time of this review. It is nice and thick, but not super fine and powdery. When mixed, it has a sweet flavor to it, but not coconut necessarily. I eat it mixed with water as well as with protein powder, and it's absolutely amazing in both cases. The times I've seen it used for baking have been flawless as well. 4 lbs is a fair amount, and will last a while as well. The bag doesn't seal very well without clearing out the grooves of coconut, so you may want to seal it up in another container. It tends to dry out slightly if not sealed, but it doesn't go bad or become rock hard or anything. It just clumps up, really.
Basically, you cannot go wrong with this coconut flour, and it is a 10/10 for every use you can come up with!
