About our Organic Coriander Seeds

Anthony’s Organic Coriander Seeds pack a nutty citrus flavor that is great for cooking a variety of cuisines. Coriander seeds, also commonly known as cilantro seeds or Chinese parsley, can be roasted, ground or used whole for a variety of food applications. Roasting and grinding brings out the warm, aromatic, and slightly citrus flavor. Coriander is considered both an herb and a spice since both its leaves and seeds are used as a seasoning. These brown and plump seeds have a hollow cavity that contain essential oils that flavor dishes when used in cooking. Use the seeds for pickling, grind into curry pastes or use for medicinal applications. Coriander works well in Latin, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines and is a great addition when using cumin or other blends of spices. Our Organic Coriander Seeds are USDA Organic and are also batch tested gluten-free!
