How long are the Cinnamon Sticks? The sticks are cut at 2 3/4" (7cm).

Where do the Cinnamon Sticks come from? Indonesia. Our 100% raw, organic Cinnamon Sticks are imported to the USA directly from Indonesia.

Do you add anything to the Cinnamon Sticks? No! Our organic Cinnamon Sticks are 100% raw with no additives.

Is the bag resealable? Yes! Our Cinnamon Sticks comes packaged in the highest quality kraft bags. The bags are made with a resealable zipper, 5-layer structure with foil lining, rounded corners, and a tear notch for easy opening.

How can I use Cinnamon Sticks at home? Spice up your baked goods and gourmet cooking, or supplement your favorite beverage (see our favorite recipes below!)

What is the difference between these two types of cinnamon? With our experience selling different types of cinnamon, folks often feel Ceylon has a much milder flavor than the pungent, spicy cinnamon taste and scent of our cinnamon sticks.

I have an allergy, can I consume your products? In addition to Milk, Egg, Soy and Wheat Allergens that are produced at our facility, we also handle products that contain both Tree Nuts and Peanuts. FGO purchases ingredients from suppliers who follow good manufacturing practices which includes allergen management control. FGO follows the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act requirements for labeling of all our products. Given that our products are produced in facilities that contain common allergens, our recommendation would be to avoid our products if you have a common allergy, out of an abundance of caution.

Cinnamon Stick Tea Ingredients: 1.5 cups water; One Cinnamon Stick Instructions Place water into pot or glass kettle Add Cinnamon Stick Cinnamon sticks should be slow boiled to extract the best flavor. Bring the water to a slow boil in a small pot or stove top kettle. To do this, set the heat setting to medium low so it boils slowly. This usually takes about 15-25 minutes. The Cinnamon is actually released from the stick as it cools. When the water starts bubbling remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes As the water cools you will see the the Cinnamon will start to release from the Cinnamon stick and the water will change to a deep reddish brown. Strain the tea through a fine strainer into a cup. You may have to reheat the tea before serving and feel free to add a Cinnamon stick, orange slices and other embellishments for "the look". Sip and feel good!	Spiced Eggnog Liqueur Ingredients: 3 cups of your favorite Eggnog; 3/4 cup brandy; 1/4 cup dark rum (or bourbon); 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg; 1 FGO Organic Cinnamon Stick Instructions Stir brandy and rum into eggnog. Chill for an hour. Serve each glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, a dash of nutmeg and a Cinnamon Stick. Sip, enjoy and feel good!	Comforting Autumn Potpourri Ingredients: FGO Organic Cinnamon Sticks; cloves; star anise; oranges; apples Instructions Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Slice apples and oranges thin, really thin. Place apples and oranges in a single layer on cookie sheets and bake for an hour and a half. Once dry, mix with your spices. Jar and allow to "marinate" for a day. Uncover or gift to a loved one to fill a home with undeniably delicious scents.

It's not Ceylon, it tastes and smells horrible

Believe the other reviews of the powdered Ceylon! First, as my picture shows, this is not Ceylon. Ceylon is the light brown/tan on the bottom and the top powder is this product which is dark brown/red color. As everyone knows, Ceylon should be light brown or tan. Second, it has a horrible bitter taste and putrid smell. I tried it in two smoothies and it ruined them, disgusting. Ceylon doesn't taste putrid bitter. I am asking for a refund.

This is the second Amazon seller that claimed to be selling Ceylon (tried Frontier Coop). Anthony's was my old supplier and they seem to have stopped stocking it for now. Guess no more cinnamon until Anthony's reappears.

I bought this product thinking it was Ceylon cinnamon (from Sri Lanka) which is the safest product to consume regularly since it has only traces of coumarine, a compound found in all other types of cinnamon, that can be very harmful for the liver. I missed it, in fact in the package somewhere it says these cinnamon sticks are burmannii which is high in coumarine. Other than that, the quality and the service was good.

I have been making tea from cinnamon sticks for several years and decided to try this "organic" product, thinking it must be good. But it was a mistake. The tea that results from this product is not drinkable. Instead of having a deep, clear color, the tea results in a muddy, opaque liquid that has little cinamon taste and otherwise has a generally undesireable flavor and odor.

I had been using Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, 16 Ounces, but Amazon doesn't sell it anymore. I bought this product thinking it would be a good replacement, because of the good reviews. When I opened the bag it didn't smell like normal cinnamon and when I put it on my nightly apple it didn't taste good and a kind of a clove flavor to it. Would not recommend and would like my money back and recommendation for a better product.

The flavor was ok, but the stick did not seem bone dry when I grated it. I use a connamon hill grater and container to hold the stick on the cpunter. In a few days I saw a white fluffy growth on my stick, so I think there was some moisture in the spice. Not sure if it was a type of mold, but tossed the whole bag. When in doubt throw it out...not worth getting sick.

I did receive the cinnamon sticks and I did respond to your email the day I received them. I'm sorry if you didn't receive my email with my question . My question was I received your cinnamon sticks and some of my cinnamon sticks had mildew (greenish color on the bark) on them. Since the cinnamon sticks are organic, I wanted to know if this the norm. I couldn't wash off the mildew and hence will not be using these cinnamon sticks in my cooking. I was disappointed in seeing these on a few of the sticks, but overall want to let you know the flavor of the cinnamon sticks are wonderful So, this is the reason for the 4 stars given. Thank you for sending me the recipe included in the email I received today. I hope you receive this 2nd email. Thank you.

I searched for Ceylon Cinnamon specifically for its ability to support healthy blood glucose levels better than other cinnamon varieties. I add this to my daily coffee and also to other drinks/smoothies, etc.
I enjoy the cinnamon flavor. It may have less “bite” than other types. Perhaps slightly sweet even as other may have described.
The only thing that may be worth noting is that the grind is not the finest of powders. It’s not really offensive at all. It’s just something that I made mental note of.
I’d say this is an excellent value and will more than likely order this package again...probably from the same people too.
I was going to apologize for the unimaginative photos, then decided to take a better shot...
