Edited to add: I have been purchasing this product in a local pet store for the past several months and have found it to be consistently high-quality. It's worth noting that some pet stores offer to match online pricing, and they offer a money-back guarantee if something's wrong with the food once you open it. I'm still a faithful Amazon customer for nearly everything, but for this product I've decided that brick-and-mortar is the way to go.
She likes it and eats it without any problems. Her stomach issues did seem to improve. I like that it is a USA made food and a reliable trustworthy brand. When I did my research, they had never had a recall. She has been eating it for several months and I just ordered my second bag.
I did also add Pet Ultimates Probiotics for Dogs (available on Amazon) shortly after switching her to this food. I'm not sure if one is more responsible for another for stopping the stomach issues, but they are gone so I will be sticking with the combination.
This is not to say Natural Balance dog food isn't good - my dogs were eating it and had no issues with it whatsoever. It just seems that my longhair dachshund has a strong preference for this new stuff!
