These will be fine for grilled chicken. I am NOT happy with the delivery of this item however. Since Amazon has gone to using their own drivers we have had many problems. This package was delivered by a women who sat in her van and honked repeatedly because the dog was outside. IF you are going to deliver packages for Amazon then you need to be OK with dogs! Another driver threw my Amazon package in the driveway and left.
