Product Description

Dirty Sue - The Original Premium Olive Juice - came about on an otherwise regular shift at legendary Los Angeles restaurant, Jones Hollywood. Bartender Eric Tecosky reached for the gallon jar of olives and realized it was full of olives but void of olive juice. He looked at his long time friend and co-worker Terry Fradet and asked, "How come no one bottles olive juice?". One year and countless tastings later, Dirty Sue was born. Dirty martinis have been popular since the days of F.D.R., and no one wanted to change that. The goal of Dirty Sue was to offer consumers a better olive juice product for dirty martinis than they had been settling for. Most fans of dirty martinis have the same problem; they run out of olive juice before they run out of olives. That issue is only half of the battle. The real problem is quality. Olive juice (or brine) was originally packed in the jars to keep the olives from spoiling - not to be used in a cocktail. The quality of that brine is very low and barely discernible from salt water. Dirty Sue is twice-filtered premium olive juice that has been created for the sole purpose of making the perfect dirty martini.

I like to consider myself an expert on dirty martinis. Most people
think just buying a good vodka or gin is the answer. They are sorely
mistaken. The olive juice is what you need to perfect. Fortunately,
it has been done for all of us. Dirty Sue is by far the best olive
juice on the market. I was introduced to it at a party and it is
fantastic. Most other brands (and I've tried them all) are basically
salt water with a hint of olive. Dirty Sue is the perfect blend. It
actually has a very nice olive flavor with a subtle bite of salt. I
don't know how they do it, but please, keep doing it!

I was not really sold on the fact that a specific olive juice would make a dirty martini better... I was buying some cheap olive juice at BevMo! Then I found this one on Amazon and after reading all the reviews decided to give it a try. It truly does make a difference!!! It is more expensive than what I was paying before, but it is well worth the money! Give it a try... you won't be disappointed.

Five Thousand Stars.

I tried dirty sue for the first time last week and I asked myself why wouldn't this be available in every bar and restaurant I visit? From this day forward I will never drink a dirty martini unless it is made with Dirty Sue!

Every one who reads this and agrees should ask their local bartender to please carry this phenomenal product--we want our dirty sue.

This makes the best dirty martini. I've tried a few others that didn't have enough olive flavor ... this is GREAT. It's the only way I will make a dirty martini now.

Dirty Sue brand olive juice is perfect for both My Bombay Sapphire Dirty Martinis and my wife's Ketel One or Tito's Dirty Martinis. I wish we could get it in Milwaukee instead of using Amazon..Great addition to any bar.

Makes the best martini's. I usually do a one part dirty sue and two parts vodka (splash of vermouth). People tell me "this is the best martini I have ever had" all the time. It has nothing to do with the vodka or vermouth and everything to do with the Dirty Sue. Wish I could buy it cheaper and locally.

This mix is absolutely delicious!

I ordered both this and the Boscoli to test them both, I found them both excellent - Dirty Sue has a bit more punch.

I liked this one slightly better, but the price differential doesn't justify spending the extra. At least for me.

Perfect for mixing dirty martinis. You won't run out of juice and have just olives left in the jar from the grocery store. A perfect addition to your bar supplies. Packaged very well.
