All hype and no action

This product was completely ineffective but since I was swayed by all the glowing reviews I read on amazon, I fell for it. One finished jar later, I totally regret the purchase, and feel like I should have known better than to buy into all the hype about snail secretions working their magic on skin. I honestly did not notice one bit of a difference on my skin, and would not recommend this product to anyone. It's all hype and there are no studies to back this claim.

Don't waste your money!

I am extremely disappointed with this product for 2 reasons. 1) I have been using "Snail White" (made in Thailand), the consistency of this "Snail White" cream really feels like snail slime, but now found that Elicina is no comparison to snail white, though Elicina claimed to have 80% snail discretion, its sliminess is not even close to snail white, and now I really doubt if this is true. 2) The descrpition of the product is somewhat misleading, I thought I was getting a very natural product without any chemical ingredients, but found out this wasn't the case, there are actually more than one type of paraben and other toxic ingredients in it.
The reason why I stopped using snail white is because I don't know all the ingredients used in this product because I don't read Thai. After trying Elcina, I would probably switch back to snail white, at least I know I am getting the snail discretion that I paid for.
I am extremely disappointed with this product, and even feeling reluctant to use it. I will definitely not recommend this product to anyone else. Don't waste your money.

Best stuff on earth for smooth skin

I go back to this product time and time again. I hesitate to say "miracle cream" but it's as close to that as I've ever found. I'm 50 and have rosacea. Yet constantly have people compliment me on my smooth skin. This will not change your skin texture overnight, it will take months, but so easy to put a little on at night after washing face and applying my moisturizer first. When you first use it you may experience some exfoliation on areas of your skin, but not a big deal. It does not fix wrinkles, but your face will be so smooth overall, the wrinkles won't stand out so much. I've been using for 2 years now, and my skin is better than ever. Highly recommend.

The first time I purchased this product, I was simply curious as to whether or not it would help control/improve my skin and acne. I have very sensitive oily/combination skin (chin, nose, and cheeks are oily, but the rest of my face is dry) with hormonal acne on top of that and the first use of Elicina brought with it a notable softness. The first thing I noticed was that there was no smell at all, and the second was that although it was thick and creamy, it spread far and absorbed fast. It did not get rid of my acne, but I noticed that any outbreak would heal up before it could really get started and it reduced a lot of the red pigment from much older outbreaks that just wouldn't go away. I applied Elicina twice daily on clean skin until my jar ran out for a little more than one month. I ordered a second jar a couple days before my first one ran up and that second jar is not odorless. It has a strange chemical/slightly tea tree smell to it and the one time I used it before I noticed the smell, it left my skin feeling dry and tight. Since I don't want to gamble more money on another, hopefully less smelly jar, I've decided to try out one of South Korea's many perfume, colorant, and paraben free snail creams.

It Burns My Eyes As Well

I gave it a try even I saw the last feedback that there was a burn feeling, because I used other Elicina item never have these kind of problems. Unfortunately, I felt the same way of last feedback that this eye cream does burns eye lip and seems burn me more. I was wondering why is that and I look up the description carefully, I think the problem is on the "peeling," if you have a delicate skin, you probably like us that your eyes being burn when using this eye cream. So, good luck!

I live in Utah and the air is very dry here, so this isn't moisturizing like I hoped it would be. I was hoping it would be more creamy and rich, but it feels much lighter and doesn't moisturize my skin well. That being said, I think this is a great lotion to use in place of a primer since it feels like it covers pores and gives a nice even skin texture. Plus it isn't greasy, and I think it has been helping with blemishes. Overall, I feel like it isn't a bad product, but if you want to buy it for moisture, then buy something else.

it doesn't blend in your skin and it feels really oily, i started using missha snail cream and i wanted to try it because it has more content and is less the cost, but it's not worth it. It has parabens or whatever and it smells weird, and it makes me break out, doesn't really do much else. I'm going to stick with Missha because it's got a addicting scent and works better than this.
