Microwave cooking tip: The kind that have two in a bag: open the bag and put an ounce of water in the bag from your tap. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. They'll come out super juicy and not hard like hockey pucks.
On the stove, boil a few ounces of water in a half-covered pot, and put the bocas in there (I like to add a bullion cube too.) When all but a tablespoon of water or so has evaporated, place on bread and pour the reduced liquid on top and add ketchup. Yum!
First, don't cook it in the microwave. It tastes a thousand percent better if you cook it on the stove in a skillet. You gotta use S&P, but I suggest maybe using Seasoned Salt instead of regular salt. While it's in the skillet, I also pour a smidge of Tiger Sauce on it and OH MAN it makes it SO much better! You can even try any type of stake sauce. It is also fantastic with a bit of habanero ranch sauce. As long as you use a small amount sauces are generally 0 WW points.
I eat it in a Natures Own Sandich Round (2 points) for a total of 4 points.

Great burger, but $37 to ship 48 burgers?
They must be used to shipping to the federal government!
I am a carnivore through and through, but wanted a change. I ate them like a normal burger...mayo, mustard, ketchup, onion and tomato. They were pretty good. Read morePublished on February 28, 2014 by Jacki Martin
