I've been doing a boot camp for a while now, and I still get sore muscles after workouts. The trainer recommended getting a massage roller to work out the soreness and also increase flexibility and range of motion. After searching around and reading reviews, I decided to try The Original Worm. Foam Rollers are big and bulky (and sometimes awkward to use and uncomfortable), and I wanted something I could travel with and store out of sight at home.
The Worm has been fantastic! The material it is made of is durable, and I expect it to last for a really long time without wearing out. I'm able to use it comfortably for my back as well as my legs, shoulders, and even feet! I like to stand with it between my back and the wall and then squat and allow it to roll up and down my back. It provides a wonderful massage as well as works out knots and soreness.
I recently traveled with it, and it was a lifesaver on the airplane. I put it behind my lower back while seated, and it provided great lumbar support during the long flight. I've even started taking it to work to use for the same reason while sitting at my desk all day. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I can't say enough good things about it, and I am looking forward to discovering new ways to use it!
