I just read a negative review of this documentary posted here by somebody who obviously didn't know what he/she was talking about. As a retired nutritionist I 100% agree with all the information in this film. The importance of the gut microbiome for our health is the latest functional medicine science and treatment. What I missed in this film was Dr Stephanie Seneff, an excellent MIT researcher, but perhaps her knowledge about Glyphosate effect on the shikimate pathway of our gut bacteria would go over the head of most people watching this film, but anybody interested can find Dr Seneff videos on youtube, just search for Dr Stephanie Seneff, Glyphosate and mitochondria. Also most of the doctors whose names are listed at the end of this film have websites, FB pages, Instagram, have written books or do podcasts, there is tons of info out there for everybody wanting more knowledge on this subject.
Not bad. I follow Abel James and Mark Sisson so I probably gave it a higher rating than I should have. Good information, but the faux spiritualism goes a tad too far. Overall, not bad, good info, and well produced.
Very good core subject matter with real substance we all need to open our eyes and ears to. I however do think the constant dramatic music can be a little much but overall it's a good watch and a message to share.
I really liked this documentary. It is clear, it is well documented, the featured professionals seem to know what they are talking about and, the content makes a lot of sense specially if you are open to new ideas and awake to what is going on in society. I liked the music too.
