I just now found that many pages are not printed correctly so I can't read at least 15 pages. And I couldn't return it as I bring it to my home country. I really regret that I couldn't look at the book carefully before I leave the States.

Do not buy this version of the book from “Andesite Press”! It is a photocopy of a library book, with the library call number handwritten on the first page, and the main text full of underlined passages. The resolution of the copy is so bad, it reminds me of an old-fashioned fax page. Parts are difficult to read. See the pictures. This looks like a copyright infringement, I can’t believe this is being sold on Amazon! I returned the book for a refund and purchased the version printed by Harvest Books.
