These are the absolute best silicone mats I have ever used! I have many different types including the Amazonbasics and when I found these, I was amazed. They are nice and thick and sturdy. And I absolutely love that it says Bake it, on it. I purchased two sets and probably will purchase another set. I gave one as a gift and they also thought it was a superior silicone mat. So if you haven't owned a silicone baking mat and you're looking to purchase one, this would be the one. It's an excellent quality and will last you a long time. Nothing sticks to it, not even homemade candy and marshmallow etc.

I bought 4 of these on 5/27/20. These are very well made. I had bought two Silpat silicone mats prior to buying these, and I have to say that I like these even better than the Silpat mats. They feel even sturdier than the Silpat mats. It's been so nice not to have to use parchment paper all the time for the things that I bake. I use them frequently. They clean up easily. I'm so glad I bought them!

Wanted to try the whole silicone mat thing. Like the concept. Easy clean up? Crispy fries? I’m in. Haven’t tried the fries thing yet but used these for a cookie bake off and they worked great. Made cleanup so easy. No sticking whatsoever. They seem really well made and I don’t anticipate having any problems with tearing etc but it is also nice to see they have a lifetime warranty. I chose these over others for that reason even if the price is a tiny bit higher.

These were pretty much standard silicone baking sheets. They are smooth and they worked well for our whirlwind weekend of baking 200 pretzels for a wedding. Fast delivery and held up through several trips in the oven. I think all silicone baking sheets are a tad difficult to wash. I don’t like putting them in the dishwasher due to their super floppy nature I feel like they need to be hand washed to get them really clean but that’s the way every silicone baking sheet I’ve used is. Nothing wrong with it. I lie. That these save so much parchment paper.

I've washed them by hand and also have put them in the dishwasher on the top rack and they still look and perform like brand new.

I have used the silicone mat to shape and cut my bread dough. Just sprinkle the mat with some dry bread flour & roll the bread dough out of my glass proofing bowl on to the silicone mat. I plan on placing the mat inside a non stick cookie sheet & baking bread rolls. I purchased this mat because it is rated safe to bake above 400 degrees fahrenheit. I bake some bread at 400 and others at 450. Believe this mat will handle both temps.

After years of using baking parchment, I couldn’t wait to try these. First test was fruit scones which came out of the oven evenly baked, very easy to remove and sheet was very easily cleaned. Second test was roasted carrots, even with a sprinkling of sugar, all pieces perfectly cooked and removed easily without any remnants left on the sheet, washed easily too. Very impressed with the sheets, I think I will use them a lot.

Über die Langzeithaltbarkeit kann bzw. möchte ich keine Angaben machen, da wir die Matten nicht so häufig in Gebrauch haben.

Da ich die Silikon Matte jedoch schon mehrfach verwendet habe, kann ich definitiv bestätigen, dass sie zumindest 200°C im Backofen problemlos übersteht und zudem weitere Anwendungsmöglichkeiten hat.
Ich nehme sie z.B. sehr gerne zur Zubereitung von Kuchen mit Mürbteig. Wenn ich einen gedeckten Apfelkuchen mache, hatte ich früher immer Probleme, den Deckel für den Kuchen anzufertigen. In der Form kann man den Teig ganz gut mit den Fingern entsprechend "zurechtdrücken", beim Deckel geht das leider nicht.
Mit Nudelholz und Mehl geht es auch nicht wirklich gut, und ich brauchte nicht selten mehrere Anläufe.
Jetzt nehme ich einfach einen Knödel Mürbteig, drücke ihn mit den Fingern auf der Antihaft-Silikon Matte in Form (das geht wirklich hervorragend, und der Teig ist danach schön dünn), dann nehme ich den Matte hoch und drehe sie um (der Teig bleibt an der Matte haften), und lege sie auch den Kuchen. Mit den Fingern knibbelt man dann den Teig etwas ab, und kann (wenn man ein wenig geschickt ist) den Teigdeckel durch Abrollen der Matte - mit etwas Unterstützung durch seine Finger - schön auf den Kuchen auflegen.

Man vermeidet mit der Antihaft-Silikon Matte also nicht nur Müll, sondern hat ein weiteres Utensil in der Küche, das manchmal mehr als praktisch sein kann.

I love these mats. I needed another 2 because I had thrown away some older ones that were finished.
These are great quality and easy to care for,
Just one thing, I tried to sign up on the website to register my purchase, but there website has spyware and malware and my pc would not allow it. I asked 3 friends to try and they got the same response. I then called the company to tell them, they said they were not aware, but would look into it. They did not take my info.
So I am taking off 1 star for that.

Ero rimasta soddisfatta dopo il primo utilizzo, ma poi mi sono dovuta ricredere. L'effetto antiaderente è buono, ma il problema è che hanno assorbito irrimediabilmente prima l'odore di cibo e poi quello di detersivo per piatti e l'ultima volta che ho fatto la pizza sembrava di mangiare nelsen...
Devo sentire amazon per capire se è possibile fare il reso per non conformità. Nel frattempo ne sconsiglio l'acquisto a tutti.
