Mirella Sichirollo Patzer's novel, Orphan of the Olive Tree- Historical Romance Saga, is skillfully plotted and provides a tasty dish ofjealousy, revenge, unrequited love, rebellion, loyalty, superstition, andsheer, wicked spitefulness...Ms. Patzer is a truly fine writer. From the Author

I love Italian historical fiction - a different time and place that provokes a reader's imagination and gives one pause to examine their own lives and compare it to the way we live today. Superstitions were prevalent throughout Italian history. Orphan of the Olive Tree explores many Italian Medieval superstitions. Curses, dark secrets, and the quest for the truth are key elements. I hope you enjoy this novel. It was written to be fun and full of twists and turns. I hope it keeps you as entertained as it did me while I was writing it.
