If you're combating mad candida overgrowth, drop all & learn more about these probiotics! After taking rounds of antibiotics (that killed too many friendly bacteria), in tandem with oral contraceptives and consuming large quantities of alcohol, my gastrointestinal tract was a hot mess. Enter: my nutritionist. Suffering from lethargy, skin problems (persistent acne), and arthrital-like pains for over a year, I decided I needed to reset my body and begin living more in tune with nature and the wonders it has to offer (i.e. organic s***). My "elimination yeast overgrowth" operation consisted of 3 phases, all focusing on serious detox and inflammation reduction. Of the entire cohort of vitamins, cleanses, and supplements I have taken on my journey thus far, these probiotics have had the most positive impact on my health. Paired with Thorne Research's "MediClear Plus," my body is on the yellow brick road to recovery & homeostasis!
If there's one thing I've learned from this saga focused on a.) detox b.) achieving clear skin, is that an internal balance is the most important factor in determining your overall health. Too often do we fail to conduct our own research & almost blindly follow the orders of our doctors (who are knowledgeable, yet not omniscient beings); don't underestimate the power of a ~5 minute Google search on your symptoms in order to acquire more perspective. Looking back on my medical records, it's mind boggling to see that I was prescribed round after round of strong antibiotics to alleviate acne, when all it did was perpetuate the problem (via killing off good & bad bacteria, thus leading to a candida overgrowth and overall imbalance). In closing, I'm glad to see a gradual - if slow - shift away from antibiotics as a panacea, and more of a focus on customized health regimens centered on homeopathic remedies.

This is essential for me when I have a fussy stomach . My first box I got per Dr's orders and used the whole box as he instructed me to do. Then the rest of the boxes that I purchased I have on hand for when I get a fussy stomach and bowels .This is amazing stuff and changed my stomach issues for the better, issues that I have had since I was born lactose intolerant. I had food poisoning 20 years ago and have had a horrible stomach and bowels since then . Since I started using this 4 years ago no more major problems ever. It's expensive I know but it changed my life no more running to the bathroom in a panic! Sorry to be graphic but my stomach and bowels were horrible now they are great! Love this stuff ,doesn't taste bad either just sweet. Be sure after you mix it well in water to follow with a glass of water to make sure it gets down there and always on an empty stomach. Update: 2022 This has not become a hard to find item and there is price gouging everywhere it is sold. It should be no more than $71 which is the price on the Ortho site but now you can only order there through a Dr. Such a shame that instead of wanting to help people everyone is marking up the price and Ortho must not care because they won't let us get it through them. All mighty dollar rules again!!

This product is amazing. My doctor recommended it for a number of reasons. First for Candida, but also for acid reflux. I had gone to an ENT specialist because I was coughing all the time and other test showed there was nothing wrong with my lungs. The ENT prescribed prilosec, but I didn't want to take it, so my other doctor (functional md) said to try this. It really works. Not only did it eliminate sugar cravings and eliminate all of my digestive issues, I am no longer coughing (after 10 years of a persistent cough). It took about 4 days and the cough was gone. I took this for 6 weeks instead of two because I had been on 2 courses of antibiotics and wanted to really improve my gut health. I also lost 15 pounds in 2 months. The only down side to this product is that Amazon prices it so high. I bought it here only because the pharmacy that sells it here is kind of a long drive, but I won't buy it again after today unless the price goes down. I can get the exact same thing at the pharmacy for 38.00.

Wow wow wow! These probiotics have worked wonders for my body and I will continue to get them every once in a while when I feel that I need them. I was given my first dose by a nutritionist who said I needed to clear out my gut so that I could absorb nutrients effectively. I was already taking probiotics but she told me those weren't strong enough, but that I could continue taking them after first taking these for 15 days. I suffered from horrible acne and felt like I was doing everything nutritionally to have a healthy body and skin but apparently the years of counter-active foods, birth control and antibiotics had wreaked havoc on my gut. These probiotics helped clear up my skin like nothing else before did! If you're using it for that purpose just make sure you're eating well balanced diet with plenty of organic, raw fruits and vegetables (which of course is essential to general well being and health for any person).

Dr Colbert recommended this product to me. When I first took it, it made me pretty tired bc I had a strong candida overgroth in my body and experienced die off reactions. Now when I take it, I notice a total difference in my body. Helps my digestion and how I feel in general. Best probiotic I have ever taken. But one thing to mention is that you can't just take supplements and not change your diet and expect everything to change. You have to eat healthier, cut out all of your food sensetivities and allow your body to heal. I recommend this product in conjunction with oxypowder by GHC.Oxypowdercleans all of the junk out of your intestines and probiotic 225 adds all the good guys back in there. I recommend this regimine to anyoen and everyone that wants to be healthy, get healthy or stay healthy. The key in this day and age is detox!!! Your body can heal itself but you need to clean out the junk and put the good stuff in there. Blessings!
