The one downside is with her energy levels up, she thinks she is suffering anxiety more. She is not used to having energy or a better quality of life so I frequently have to remind her that some energy and some stress is normal for the human body.
Fortunately, the book remain available. With it exists the hope, that sooner or later the progress made in the understanding of the brain machine will decide, truly scientifically, if the molecular mechanism proposed by this author to explain and treat his patients contained a little bit (or more!) of truth.
Anyone who has a psychiatric disorder should be encouraged to look into Vitamin B3 (Niacin) to get off psycho-pharmaceutical drugs that don't offer a cure.
